Breage is perfectly placed for exploring the south and north coasts. Incredible local beaches at Rinsey Cove and Praa Sands are only moments away.

There is a south facing garden with a patio area for outside dining in the sun.

Formerly three silver miners' cottages, Robin Cottage is a comfortable holiday cottage in the historic market town of Helston. It is ideally placed for exploring the fishing villages and beaches of West Cornwall and the Lizard Peninsula. It is two miles from the sea at Porthleven, a thriving fishing village with many cafes and restaurants. The cottage is five minutes walk from the centre of Helston where you will find shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. The cottage is not wheelchair friendly.

The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. The comfortable accommodation is ideal for couples who appreciate having the great outdoors on their doorstep, yet within easy reach of many places of interest and excellent restaurants and pubs. The A394 can be quite busy at times, so some traffic noise can be heard during the day when the windows are open. Fans are provided for when the weather is hot.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
