Spacious, family friendly country house apartment

Have a relaxing stay in a spacious, rustic apt in the historic Rokeles Hall, the space features cottage style interiors for guests who appreciate comfort & history. The apt has parking (2+ cars), a private entrance & sleeps up to 8 (incl 2 dbl sofa beds). The original Hall (on 14 acres) was built in the 1200's & the existing Georgian building from the 1600's. Great wifi, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave & oven (no formal kitchen). Good restaurants, pubs, supermarkets & walks nearby.

The Old Stables

One of 2 two well-appointed single story converted barns with shared courtyard. Each has 2 good sized double bedrooms, shower room, open plan kitchen/lounge/dinner. We are situated 1/2 mile from Shipdham airfield, 8 miles from Watton, 7 miles from Dereham & 4 miles from the pretty market town of Hingham. There is ample parking including space for larger vehicles. We welcome well behaved dogs and and even your horse - please contact us to add your dog at an extra cost of £5 each per night.

Rose Farm Lodge - peaceful, rural Norfolk getaway

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

Our eco-friendly, architect-designed barn conversion sits in an acre of land on the edge of a forest looking out over open fields. The barn sits in its own spinney which is for guests' private use. There are a variety of paths for lovely walks with plenty of wildlife. Swallow's Nest is a secluded self-contained 2 bedroom stable conversion in the grounds of Painswhin Farm, with its own garden and entrance. It has been newly renovated and offers luxury accommodation for up to four people with a shower room, stylish kitchen and dining area and use of a private heated outdoor pool and tennis court. Please note the pool is only open and heated from May to the end of September.
