Approximately 8 miles to Cocoa Beach and other nearby attractions and outdoor experiences-bike/walk/run along Indian River Drive, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, sailing, fishing charters, Cocoa Village Playhouse, Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, Port Canaveral/cruise ships and more!

Watch rocket launches, sunrises, sunsets, dolphins, manatees, stingrays, variety of birds, bioluminescence at summer. Short driving to stores, restaurants and Hwy95. Only 38m to Orlando Int'l Airport. Drive 1 hour to the theme parks, 50min to Daytona Beach, 9m to NASA, 20m to Cape Canaveral Cruise Port, Cocoa Village, 25m Cocoa Beach. Send pet info for approval.

Island Casita

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guest house. Minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach, only 40 minutes from Orlando. A great place to stay before going on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. You can watch the rocket launches right from the front yard or on the dock where we have a paddle board and kid kayaks available. We also have beach cruisers available upon request and a basketball hoop. Behaved pets welcome. (Please check with us prior to bringing a cat)

Riverfront, Gym, W/D, Dock, NO Chores

2 bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattress and a fold out couch in the living room. 3 smart TVs and high speed internet are included. Sunsets from the sun room, coffee on our private dock, daily dolphin sightings. The river view retreat is located directly above the garage (1 flight of stairs to enter). 15 miles to cruise ships & NASA/17 miles to cocoa beach. NO PARTIES! Additional guests allowed with prior approval. Hosts live on site. Free parking on site for 2 cars.

Poolside Paradise

Take it easy at this poolside resort getaway. Relax on your very own porch w/2 roll down screens. Enjoy outdoor gazebo w/propane fire pit and grill gazebo w/grill & tools (in kitchen). You have access to our pool / floats under side table on porch, (we normally don’t use the pool w/guests), towel/clothes hanger, lay on 1 of 3 loungers. Use of outdoor shower. Possibly you can also watch a space launch (weather permitted) coming over the trees looking north, poolside. No kids! No pets!

The Nest

The Nest has undergone a major renovation/expansion with the addition of a full kitchen/dining and separate bedroom. It is an adorable, lavishly decorated lower level, 700 sq ft cottage on a large property located along the Indian River and three blocks from the heart of Cocoa Village. Laundry facility is next door to the Nest and shared with upstairs unit. It has a private courtyard. Parking onsite for one only normal-sized vehicle. Max two guests.
