The 500sq. Tortuga Cottage is located in Fish Bay, St. John in the US Virgin Islands. The property is privately owned and adjacent to the National Park. This charming cottage places you within a 5 minute walk to Reef Bay beach and gives you access to many of St. John's greatest hiking trails. By car, we are 3 miles from town (Cruz Bay), where you will find all of your necessities. This is the ideal cottage for a couple or two friends. We have a full kitchen, a king Casper mattress, and much more

This very small 1 BR cottage lives BIG with a screened porch, SOLAR POWER, valley views, ac, dishwasher, outdoor fitness, and plunge pool. With a clean modern vibe, Sweet Spice is more laidback getaway than luxury villa. It’s an ideal HQ for 2 active STJ adventurers - but with a few extra amenities! Located off the beaten path on the quiet side of STJ, it feels secluded but is only a 5 minute drive to the shops of Coral Bay. Note: road is rough and requires a 4WD and there are LOTS of stairs.

Trunk Bay Spring - downstairs self-contained room

Hi! We paused this listing after being badly damaged by Hurricane Irma, and then due to Covid 19, but we're back – repaired and upgraded! The outdoor shower that our guests loved is still there, only now it has hot water. There's also a new kitchen made of hardwood we were able to salvage after Irma. Great news! The beach is still there, too, and still a just ten minute walk away. Always popular for being simple and beautiful in a fantastic location, now it's the same, but even better!

Blue Horizon Studio Escape (newly renovated)

Close to everything is this central newly-renovated studio apartment. 8 mins to Road Town and 7 mins to Cane Garden and Brewers Bay and Sage Mountain National Park. There's no need for a/c on this mountain, it's cool and breezy most of the time but one is provided for when it's not. The property is bound by two major roads, Joe's Hill and Ridge Road, so there's some street noise from passing vehicles. This listing is great for beach goers, business travelers, and longer term stays.

Bring the kids as there are netted hammocks below the avocado trees and a wooden playhouse.

Whole cottage set in a lush, tropical garden, with gorgeous views of Brewer's Bay, for your private use and enjoyment. Five minutes drive away from Cane Garden Bay and ten minutes from town, Botanica is a garden oasis spanning over an acre, with four standalone houses. By day, you will be amazed by the views of the hills, the bay and neighbouring islands. At night, you will be lulled to sleep by the sounds of nature - crickets, frogs and the whispering of the coconut fronds.
