Living Rock Campsite #1

Our campsite is located on the hill behind Terlingua Ghost Town, 1/2 mile from Restaurants and shopping. Campfires are allowed. We have a composting toilet on the campground and an outdoor shower available. The view from your campsite is a 360 degree panoramic view of the Big Bend region complete with a sunrise over the Chisos and a sunset in the Chihuahuan desert of Mexico. The road to the campsite is unpaved. Take it slowly, any car will make it. One tent per site, please. Tent not included.

This property is a scenic 50 minute drive to the BBNP entrance. At 45 minutes along the way to BBNP you will pass gas, grocery and adult beverage stores. Once you return to the property for the evening, you will find a cooling/hot tub, wildlife along with peaceful relaxing stars and scenery to enjoy. Car accessible.

The Cozy Caravan ll located in walking distance from the Terlingua Ghost Town sits on 5 acres of private land and is equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The trailer is great for enjoying the quiet mornings, sunsets and the milky way, after a day of exploring the Big Bend. The entrance to Big Bend National Park is a ten minute drive to the West Entrance Station and a 15 minute drive to the Barton Warnock Center in Big Bend Ranch State Park.
