Lucia’s place on Key Biscayne is top notch and she was a very helpful host. It’s walkable to the great restaurants and bakeries on Key Biscayne. We loved the pool immediately in front of our building. We also enjoyed the Ocean pool with restaurant. The kids loved the walking path to the beach. The beach has umbrellas and chairs. The Apartment is large and has all the amenities you need to relax after a long day in the sun. We cooked a few meals and kitchen had everything we needed. And no need to rent a car - the island is small and they provide FreeBee - golf cart shuttles. I’ve stayed in nearly every building on the Key and this checked all the boxes for a family that loves KB. We will definitely be back.

This trip was our first trip with our 3 month old and we are glad we chose Lagunas place! She was incredibly responsive and provided what was needed to make it a comfortable stay! The location CANNOT be more perfect as its walking to distance to the beautiful beach and boardwalk along with many coffee shops. It was in a safe and quiet part of the town and the main tourist spots are just 4-10 mi drives from this place. I would definitely stay again!

We stayed for 10 days in late March. the place is in a perfect location, lots of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores ect. 5 min walk to the beach. The outdoor gym is a 10 min walk, you can get a soild workout in there. they have lots of free weights and benches. nice to work out in the sand. there are also a few gyms in the area. probably around $35 for a drop in. very easy check in process as there is someone at the front desk 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well, place was very clean and perfect for a stay on South Beach. The parking garage is very close , 3 min walk from the apartment. we found it safe and easy to get in and out. just be aware that the regular rate is $20 per day or $1 per hour, but we did have an issue where it was closed to the public the day we arrived due to an event. The cost was also $30 per day on the next weekend due to an event. NBD, just something to be aware of if you have a car.

Great unit in a perfect building. Pool & grounds are always clean. Minutes from the beach and restaurants. Very quiet, perfect for the family. Would recommend to anyone wanting to be close to the action, but enjoys peace and quiet!

We stayed at this property for four nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. This was our first time using Airbnb, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The main reason we chose this place was because my mom recently got sick and now requires a very specific bland diet due to multiple food allergies. Having access to a kitchen was essential -and this one exceeded our expectations. It was equipped with everything you need to cook and serve a full meal, which made it so much easier to care for her needs during our stay. The space was just as described -clean, spacious, and luxurious, with stunning ocean views and a beautiful balcony. The layout was perfect for us, with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that gave everyone plenty of comfort and privacy. The location was excellent, the beach fabulous and the overall vibe of the W Hotel is vibrant. We also appreciated the late check-out, which gave us some extra time to enjoy our last day stress-free. We would stay here again!

We cannot wait to return to south beach. Everyone had a blast and the rooftop patio is the sweetest thing in the world. Loved how close to the beach it was. We will definitely choose one of frosts locations again. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful condo. We’ll be back for sure!!!!!!

Wow, wow, wow! What a house. The most insanely beautiful, well presented holiday home. The house itself was absolutely spotless, it had way more than our expectations in terms of facilities and equipment, inc fishing gear, kayak and paddleboard. The little beach and lake was absolutely blissful. I cried when we left and we have all agreed we will definitely come back. Worth every penny and more, literally exquisite.

This air bnb was by far one of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed at. EXACTLY as pictured and twice as great as the pictures look. The lights, mirrors, all the other reflective surfaces was so beautiful, will be booking again.

It was a pleasure staying at this Airbnb for our 3-generation family getaway! The apartment was as described in the listing, which we appreciated. There was plenty of space for our group of 6, including two young children and a pair of grandparents. The variety of pools, the private beach, and the beautifully maintained grounds were fantastic amenities. The well-stocked kitchen met all our needs for preparing and enjoying meals, and the private balcony was a favorite spot for relaxing in the afternoon. We would absolutely recommend this listing to groups looking for a relaxing and convenient stay on Key Biscayne!

Carmen place is beautiful just like photos , I was impress with the kitchen . Kitchen had everything you can ask for if you really like cooking . A small bar , coffee station . My bf an I truly enjoyed the place felt just like home . Bed was so comfortable . Clean bathroom with lots of towels , everything you need for beach is available at home . Carmen was very welcoming an always responded which I truly appreciate . Parking is little confusing at beginning . Carmen was very helpful . Thank you for great stay will be back .

My family had a wonderful stay! Super convenient location, very quiet area, and close to all the excitement nearby. The host is very nice, quick at responding and helpful.

This was my first time using AirBNB, and I am very pleased with the experience and this place. The condo was exactly as described, beautiful and clean. Angela met us on arrival to give us a tour of the home and to describe the property features. We had access to 3 pools, on site grocery store, BBQ grills, beach with chairs and umbrellas, beach bar, koi pond, safe environment. The extras that Angela provided, like the collapsible beach wagon, beach towels, shade umbrella, etc. were greatly appreciated and helpful. All of the appliances and TVs, were Samsung. We were able to screen share our streaming services to the TVs. Bonus extras for in the condo were 3 box fans that we were able to run in our bedrooms at night...the mature ladies really appreciated these. Kitchen was supplied with more than enough to accommodate cooking and to service the 6 adults on this stay. Thank you, Angela for going above and beyond to accommodate our second vehicle.

Worked out well for my husband and I. The unit was clean and we enjoyed the view. The building and parking garage had construction going on but it did not interfere with our stay. We enjoyed the gym and the park on the property. We didn’t get to use the pool because the weather wasn’t the best but we made it work and the hosts were responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Also the building had a small convenience store and a coffee shop that we enjoyed.

The stay was beautiful and relaxing. The condo was perfect for our girls getaway for 4 of us. The beach was gorgeous and easy to get to. The beds were comfy! We did valet parking (only option) and it was 40/day plus tipping. The valet guys were super sweet and our car was always ready very quickly. The views were gorgeous and we throughly enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The room does come with beach chairs and an umbrella but we opted to just rent the beach chairs for $15 a day. Will gladly book this unit again in the future.

Exactly as described, clean, and just steps to the beach. Doing construction, so expect some noise. The only thing that would have made this perfect is for there to be some close by restaurants or coffee shops that are a quick walk. But, it shouldn’t stop you from staying! Would stay again :)

The outside areas really have amazing views and the place was very comfortable for a great vacation.

The unit was very clean and all the directions were clear. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, and spices. There were plenty of beach and bath towels, although some additional wash cloths would be helpful. The valet was quick, we did not have any issue with wait times. The pool and beach were great and never overly crowded. You can access the boardwalk behind the building to walk in either direction, you then need to look for a public entrance to get out to the main road. There are not many places within an easy walk, but the public trolley is easily accessible or you can drive. The restaurant across the street, Cafe Bernie, that Deb recommended was delicious! I highly recommend it and I would absolutely return there. If you have a baby or toddler there is a high chair and playpen in addition to a crib. The only disappointment was the noise on the porch, construction and traffic the noise level was pretty high given the placement on the side of the building. A great choice.
