A Retreat on Hove Seafront, Close to Brighton Fun

This is a newly converted, modern, well equipped, ground floor apartment, with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, contemporary living room, comfortable king bedroom and large shower room. Private parking (for one car) is available upon request and by prior arrangement - requiring a residents parking permit - charged at £5 per day. We are located in Hove, on the seafront, a short walk to local cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and other amenities. You can walk into Brighton along the seafront (3km), although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. Please note that, whilst we are located on the Hove seafront, there are no sea views from the ground floor apartment itself. Inside the apartment, you can enjoy: - comfortable, modern furniture throughout, including new king bed, mattress & bedding, leather l shaped sofa, breakfast table & stools and lots more. - generous and high quality kitchen equipment, including Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine and lots more. - other useful house gadgets, including hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and lots more. - games & books - high speed broadband wifi - XL Samsung Smart television, with Netflix, NowTV & AmazonPrime - Philips Hue coloured lighting This is a self contained, private apartment, with a separate entrance, albeit within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We are available if necessary, to answer any questions and sort any issues, although keys are made available via a "key safe" with private code. The apartment is nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Hove, a walk from local cafes, restaurants, bars and parks. The buzzing centre of Brighton is 3 kilometres away for shopping, entertainment, and vibrant nightlife. It's a beautiful seafront walk into Brighton, although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. This self contained, private apartment, is located within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We do not allow unauthorised guests to sleep over and we do not allow large parties or events.

Beautiful 2 Bed in Kemptown

An absolute hidden gem, set on a lovely quiet street in Kemptown. A great location with the beach and Kemptown Village a short 5-10 min walk away and just a mile into Central Brighton and the Pier. This gorgeous newly re-designed 2 storey basement flat has been lovingly created for guests to have the most comfortable stay. Perfect for friends and families, the second bedroom can be made up as a double or twin room. Parking is easy using nearby long stay meters.

Apartment in the heart of Brighton.Ship street.

Beautiful apartment right by Brighton beach! (2min walk.)One bedroom apartment available in the heart of Brighton to rent for business trips ,short weekend away or long stays! Fantastic location just within a few minutes walk of the Brighton Pier,seafront, i360 and only a 3 min walk to the famous Brighton lanes. Unfortunately the apartment isn’t suitable for children,it’s a very busy area with bar downstairs and lots of stairs,I don’t recommend at all.

The living room has two comfortable sofas and a dining table for six. The kitchen is fully equipped, so can accommodate casual dining or a formal dinner party. The main ensuite bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a king bed, or can be made into two single beds.

New refurbished annex in peacefull area with excellant links to southdowns the beach and city centre by car bus or foot. Local award winning gastropubs within 10 mins walk. We can pick up and drop of walkers for the southdowns way and cyclists can keep their cycles safe in patio area. You have your own barbecue for sunny days. We live in the house next to the annex and are generally available for any help or advice you may need
