Beautiful house in a quiet street in the stunning old town, perfect for me and my 6 friends. Highlight was the rooftop terrace, which had an amazing view and is particularly gorgeous in the evening. Francesco checked up on us and was quick to reply. Entirely recommend staying here!

Ho alloggiato in questa splendida casa per le vacanze di Natale con la mia famiglia. Locali grandi e molto accoglienti,la casa arredata con gusto ed eleganza, in cucina non mancava proprio nulla.Gli spazi esterni molto curati. La signora Lorella è una persona fantastica ci ha accolto con calore e ci ha coccolati nel vero senso della parola facendoci trovare addobbi Natalizi, un cestino di benvenuto, ci ha portato la mattina dopo al nostro arrivo dei pasticciotti caldi buonissimi e la mattina di Natale dei dolci tipici fatti da lei, i purcedduzzi. Ringrazio di cuore la signora Lorella e suo marito per tutto!

I loved this apartment so much! It is spacious, exquisitely decorated, and there are treasures at every turn. In addition to having wonderful style, it was also really comfortable (the bed was great!) with everything I needed for my week-long stay. The location is central and the view from the kitchen is really special, looking over il porto vecchio (the old port); I will miss watching the fisherman prepare for their day as well as the light had everything sparkle. On top of that, Fabrizio! He is such an incredible host: so kind and generous, he was available to help me with anything I needed. His exceptional hospitality made me feel really at home in Monopoli. I look forward to returning to stay at this magical place soon!

Maira is een geweldige host en heeft ons voorzien van veel tips. De locatie is uniek want je loopt zo naar de zee en restaurants. Als je op zoek bent naar iets unieks raad ik je deze plek zeker aan!

Daniele disponibile, gentile e amichevole. Conosce bene la zona e ci ha consigliato delle località/locali da visitare. La casa è in una posizione perfetta, a 30 metri dalla spiaggia libera (Per i periodi di alta stagione consiglio di prendere un lettino nei lidi limitrofi. La spiaggia è bellissima ma poco ampia e si riempie subito). Le foto e la descrizione rispecchiano la casa, che dispone di una area esterna super godibile con tavolo, sedie, amaca, doccia esterna (fredda), lavatoio oltre ad un corridoio coperto dove si trova la lavatrice e un piccolo bbq. Entrando si trova la cucina con un tavolo (adatto per 4) e una cucina con il necessario (no lavastoviglie). Si passa poi ad un corridoio che porta al bagno con doccia (tenda e no bidet) e alla camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale ed un letto a castello. In corridoio a servizio dell’intera casa c’è lo split dell’aria condizionata. Plus il posto auto riservato esterno. ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO! (2 adulti e 2 bambini di 6 e 8)

L'ospitalità che offrono le due sorelle è impeccabile. Le informazioni, precisione, pulizia, posizione, la cucina, l'ambiente, che offre questo posto sono ottime per trascorrere una tranquilla vacanza. Tutto quello che serve, è nelle vicinanze. Consigliatissimo. :-)

L’environnement de la maison est exceptionnel. Une vue à couper le souffle ! La maison est facile à vivre et spacieuse avec une grande terrasse. La maison est très bien équipée, rien ne manque … L’accueil, flexible, est très chaleureux.

Spettacolare, il posto super accogliente pulito e ben fornito. Giulia e i suoi genitori si sono fatti trovare sempre disponibili per ogni nostra richiesta. La posizione é molto tranquilla e ci sono alcuni ristoranti negozi e bar nelle vicinanze. Ringraziamo ancora tantissimo Giulia e i suoi genitori per l’accoglienza.

Location meravigliosa e host fantastici. Il posto è in una zona strategica a due passi da luoghi stupendi, raccomandato.

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

Our stay has been amazing! The host is very welcoming and helpful. The property is clean, very well decorated and furnished. The location in the city center is very convenient. You can leave the car in the garage and enjoy walking through the city. We loved it a lot.!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Anfang Juni, hatten wir den Außenbereich sogar meist für uns. Der Pool ist toll und der Garten super schön angelegt und bepflanzt. Die Wohnung Dune hat eine oder sogar fast schon zwei großzügige Terrassen. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Sogar Wäschewaschen war möglich. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Insgesamt ein toller Ort zum Entspannen und seine Ruhe haben.

We loved this place. The view from the terraces is stunning. The pool area is peaceful and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves most of the time. You can walk down to restaurants in 20 minutes. There is also a basic supermarket there.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Giuseppe’s villa near Polignano a Mare, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, Giuseppe and his wife welcomed us with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The villa itself is stunning, combining modern comforts with beautiful Italian architecture. The spacious living areas were perfect for relaxing, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to enjoy meals together. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated and provided a peaceful haven for a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the outdoor space. The terrace and pool area were fantastic for soaking up the sun and enjoying the breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside. Plenty of areas for having breakfast outside and unwinding in the evenings with a glass of wine. The location is ideal, just a short drive from the charming town of Polignano a Mare.

Es war wunderschön und alles wie beschrieben bzw auf den Fotos. Trotz Straße vor dem Grundstück ist es ein ruhiger und friedlicher Ort. Auf der Straße fahren hauptsächlich am Nachmittag ein paar Autos, ansonsten ist es ruhig. Bei uns waren die restlichen Ferienhäuser in der Nähe leer, so dass wir sehr ruhig gelebt haben. Der Garten ist phantastisch mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Hinter dem Haus kann man wunderbar spazieren gehen, entweder an der Küste entlang oder über die Wiesen und Höfe, wo viel Gemüse angebaut wird. Bei uns hat alles bunt geblüht und das Gemüse wuchs. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!!

Simona est une hôte très gentille, qui fait son maximum pour vous mettre à l'aise et vous renseigner sur les alentours. La maison a tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer un agréable séjour en famille. Accès direct sur la plage Je recommande !

This place is located at an extremely beautiful spot on the cost. The views are stunning the seaside beautiful and the plantation as well. We enjoyed the swimming spot and the several places to sit under the trees. Very special. The place is furnished in a simple way - for days when the weather is bad it could be a little more cosy in the living room. But we were lucky with the sun out most of the time. Also I found the before check in procedure a little complicated compared to other Airbnb’s but this is explained beforehand so guests should be aware and Oliver and his team are very responsive and helpful in the whole procedere. I personally think that the signs in the house which remind you to empty the bins and threaten you with high fines a little too much but I guess it’s due to bad experiences beforehand. All und all I recommend this place and would love to return.

Alles vorgefunden wie es beschrieben ist. Die Einheit ist zwar klein (kleines Schlafzimmer, Küche und eine große Terrasse) aber hier im Süden bei schönem Wetter ist man eben den ganzen Tag draußen. Wir waren sechs Wochen hier und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alessandro antwortet immer schnell auf alle Anfragen und ist auch während des Aufenthaltes immer per mail whats app oder Telefon erreichbar. Der sympathische und hilfsbereite Vater von Alessandro schaut ab und zu vorbei und ist Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Allerdings kann er kein deutsch und nur sehr wenig englisch, aber irgendwie ging es immer. Die Unterkunft ist in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig und man ist meistens allein. Besonders gut hat uns der gemauerte Grill gefallen den wir auch viel für BBQ benutzen. Super ist auch die Außendusche. Schnorcheln am felsigen Strand direkt ein paar Stufen unterhalb der Unterkunft war sehr schön. Fischschwärme, Muränen, Sepias und Hornhechte waren immer zu sehen. Auto ist ein muss! Der nächste Supermarkt ist mindestens 3 km entfernt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank Alessandro.

Beautiful villa with a large garden in a peaceful area close to the sea, with the beach at walking distance. Everything was great - definitely recommended for anyone wanting to spend a nice relaxing time.

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum und liegt atemberaubend direkt an Meer. Es ist unbeschreiblich wie toll es ist, morgens mit der Sonnenaufgang aufzuwachen. Die Wohung hat alles was man sich wünscht, und ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse lädt ein, stunden draussen zu verbringen und da wir die einzigen waren im Gebäude - wohl der Winter geschuldet. hatten alles sozusagen für uns. Man kann auch an den privaten Felsen sitzen und das Meer stundenlang lauschen. Sogar Unwetter sind magisch:-) Wir würden sehr herzlich von Paolo empfangen und während der Zeit begleitet. Auch für die tollen Tipps bedanken wir uns. Hoffen wir schaffen es bald wieder zu kommen. Lieben Gruss, Carmen

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen! Nido del Salento hat uns mit seiner liebevollen Einrichtung, der Sauberkeit und der ruhigen Lage begeistert. Besonders schön war der liebevoll vorbereitete Willkommenskorb – mit ausreichend Leckereien für das erste Abendessen und ein gemütliches Frühstück: inklusive einer Karaffe köstlichen regionalen Weins, hausgemachter Marmelade und Tomatensoße. Man fühlt sich sofort heimisch und wohl – nicht wie ein fremder Gast, sondern wie bei Freunden. Elma und Vincenzo sind wunderbare Gastgeber – herzlich, aufmerksam und gleichzeitig sehr respektvoll. Trotz aller Herzlichkeit wurde unsere Privatsphäre jederzeit gewahrt. Man hatte das Gefühl, das gesamte Anwesen ganz für sich allein zu haben – perfekt, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Eine wunderbare Basis, um Salento zu erkunden. Jederzeit wieder!

What a lovely place, the location of the house is perfect, a 3 minute walk from the beach and lovely beach at that. Location, location and once more location of this house is perfect. Lots of space in the apartment, 2 brand new rooms and a new bathroom. The third room is part of the older structure, yet very good as well. Open kitchen with doors leading outside to the dining table, in the open, looking over the big yard. Washing machine if needed. Modern kitchen, with all that is needed. We were spending most our time outside on the porch and in the yard. The hosts, Olga and Alain super kind, and always ready to help and make you feel at ease. Also they have a great knowledge of the local area and can give you good insights into the areas restaurants, especially Vegan. For activities, there is much to do during the summer, with Ostuni next door. They know the locals, as Olga grew up in the area and spent her summers in Rosa Marina. we definitely will come back Paul&Jacqueline Koks
