This is one of four, two bedroom cottages located on Rutherfords Island in South Bristol, Maine. These cottages are next to each other.Our electricity is provided by our grid tied solar array. We are a five minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean, the Damariscotta River, and John's Bay. South Bristol is a small town 14 miles from Damariscotta,where the closest grocery store is located. We are a working fishing village, and lobsters and fresh fish are readily available at the local lobster pounds.

Newly renovated efficiency apartment with exterior entrance. Roomy bed/living room, kitchenette, private bathroom w/ shower. Comfy bed, a table for 2 looking out at the big maple treetop (with hints of the ocean beyond), kitchenette has a bar sink, fridge, and a microwave. It’s on the 3rd floor, LOTS of steps and quite high up- so not for those scared of heights. Note: Severe Drought in Midcoast Maine. Must be willing to practice conservative water usage. Very bright and clean space.

Tiny Cottage sleeps two, with a full size bed or use pull-out couch, efficiency kitchen, and compact bathroom , shower stall. ( 16’ x 20’ square footage) Located with access to tide pools, glorious sunsets!

Sit back, relax and enjoy the quiet and privacy of 2+ acres at the end of a dirt road with a huge dock located on a tidal cove. Great for family reunions with lots of space and activities for folks of all ages. We focus on making the house comfortable and don't want you to worry about the little things like feet on the couch, water rings on the table or a broken glass. Life happens :-)

Located within the Sheepscot Harbour Village Resort, you are in a prime location to have access to local shops, antique markets, and restaurants. Take a stroll down to the Pier where you can experience the water up close.

Spruce Tops Cottage

Spruce Tops is a single family cottage, situated near the mouth of New Harbor. You can hear the ocean waves and the bell buoy. Enjoy your coffee on the screened in porch watching the boats coming and going. A well equipped kitchen has an island eating area, the comfy living room has a ceiling fan, as does the master bedroom, with a queen bed and french doors to the fully screened in porch. Bathroom equipped with shower. Owners located across street if needed.

Ocean Breeze Cottage Steps to Beach

Less than 400 yards from Pemaquid Beach State Park! Ocean Breeze is a small (550sqft) 2 bedroom seasonal guest cottage with bathroom, kitchen & living area, smart TV, outdoor picnic table, lounge chairs & grill. The cottage is situated next to the main Laughton House. As this is an uninsulated seasonal cottage there is no central heating or air conditioning but we do provide fans for the warm weather and portable heaters & blankets for cooler weather.
