O'Rourkes Cottage Retreat Glenasmole

O'Rourkes cottage is situated in the picturesque valley of Glenasmole, nestled in the foothills of the Dublin mountains overlooking Dublin city. The cottage has 2 bedroom, sitting room and kitchen with a woodland garden. Ideally situated to enjoy the the Dublin Wicklow mountains . The cottage includes central heating, wood burning stove, cooker, electric shower. We are now operating a minimum two night stay. Set in the heart of a regenerative family run farm. Enjoy fresh farm eggs for breakfast or a delicious coffee from our rustic farm shop "The Piggery" open on weekends throughout Summer. Located near the sleepy village of Kilmessan, 1.5km from Station House Hotel, 6km’s from the ancient Hill of Tara, a 45-minute drive from Dublin.

The Coach House

The Coach house has recently been lovingly restored and is full of charm and light. It has a calm, tranquil feel with every comfort a visitor could wish for. It is the perfect place for an Irish getaway nestled on the shores of Blessington lake and surrounded by the majestic Wicklow Mountains. Within 10 mins there are the villages of Ballymore Eustace and Hollywood both with wonderful Gastro-pubs and Blessington for all shopping. Russborough House is also close by and is truly worth visiting.

Crab Lane Studios

A beautiful traditional stone built barn converted into a contemporary/industrial/rustic living space with quirky touches. Located in the idyllic foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, on the Wicklow Way, it features an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, a mezzanine bedroom and a spacious wet room. An extension offers an additional boot room/bathroom and paved courtyard area. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

An Capall (meaning Horse in Irish language) is a beautifully converted Horse Lorry currently out to grass overlooking a meandering river, nestled near Glendalough in the Wicklow Mountains. Our Wooden Bedford Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted to house a King Size bed upper deck plus a single bunk. Guests have private access to our river beach, firepit & BBQ. In addition you can book a private Finnish Sauna & River Plunge experience in our converted horse box (at an extra charge).

You will be staying in the garden of Ireland in Wicklow. The horse racing centre of Ireland is in nearby Kildare within a short drive. There are several Golf courses within easy reach. The capital city Dublin is within an easy bus ride. Locally, a drive or walk at Blessington lakes is a must or a visit to Rusborough House.
