Great restaurants, shops and amenities are available on Sutton High street with only a 5 minute walk. The studio is also located 35 minutes from Victoria station and London Bridge, Central London. I can’t respond to booking requests until 15 November. This house is on a quiet tree-lined street but within walking distance of Herne Hill, Brixton, and Brockwell Park, the biggest in Lambeth. There is very limited weekday parking. There are excellent bus, underground and train links eg 30 mins to the West End. The property is tucked away in a quite road and has a modern garden with a beautiful mature cherry tree.
