Updated 1 bed + 1 bath and outfitted with everything you will need, stay in our half of a duplex across from the upscale grocer, The Fresh Market. This corner has several great restaurants and brew pubs within steps of the front porch. Two blocks away, the Monon Trail resides and is Indy’s favorite way to walk and bike its most eclectic and lively neighborhoods. Bike share rentals are one block away.

Cottage living in the heart of Broad Ripple

This charming cottage was featured in Indianapolis monthly magazine twice! It is tastefully decorated, bright, open and airy. It is a 10 minute walk to all the shops and bars. Features a master bedroom with a queen bed and a TV. The second bedroom is spacious with two twin beds and over looks the front porch where there is a bistro set perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine. There is a private backyard with seating for four and a gas grill as well!
