Easy access to Birmingham or Worcestershire/surrounding area. 3 rooms plus shower room and mezzanine ideal for a couple or family with up to 2 children(5yrs +) who want their own flexible space whilst staying in the area for pleasure or work. The Grand Union Canal runs to the rear.

Nestled in the village of Coughton. A charming private shepherd's hut offers stunning views of the Warwickshire countryside. Positioned at the end of a secluded driveway and accessed via private gates, the hut is conveniently located just a short distance from our residence, allowing us to assist if needed. However, rest assured that the hut maintains its distinct privacy. Adjacent to the hut lies a farmer's field, occasionally visited by tractors and even graced by the presence of deer.
