Our authentic elevated cabin is nestled among the trees and set within its own private orchard, bordered by a babbling brook. A perfect spot to get away from it all. Our wonderfull characterful Hut is a great place to bring your Paddleboard or canoe on the River Avon. We are commited to an off grid, sustainable experience. Wild swimming ramp. Barbeque, camp fires and open air is what we are about. It is rough and it is ready. There is a Hut, a large Bell tent and a land-locked cabin cruiser all of which you may use. Cooking is on the campfire and two burner stove. Do something different this weekend!

Our house is situated in a quiet residential area, close to local amenities, within 30min on foot to the train station, town centre, Warwick Castle or Warwick Race course/Common and St Nicholas Park. There are two eighteen holes golf courses 5min drive away. It is easy access to the A46 by pass, Leamington/Kenilworth/Stratford-Upon-Avon/ Stoneleigh/ Coventry / M40 / Birmingham There are regular buses to go to Leamington etc...
