Keep an eye out for Bald Eagles. Explore nearby coves from our kayaks, jump in the lake from our swimming platform, fish from our piers, or lounge by the campfire. Toledo Bend Lake, one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina just steps away.

Enjoy nature in this luxury lakefront modern guest house in the treetops with fantastic views of Lake Sam Rayburn and the Angelina National Forest. You will have the entire private living space, including your own living room, bedroom, kitchen, full bathroom and 4 decks. Be sure to take a swim in the lake from the sandy beach. Bring your boat: this property is 15 minutes from Umphrey Pavilion and only 1 mile from Sandy Creek Boat Ramp. You are welcome to fish anywhere on the property.

The Brackin House

The Brackin House is walking distance from the Hemphill City Park, minutes from anything & everything in Hemphill and just a few miles from many access points to Toledo Bend Reservoir. Our circle drive makes it easy to park or back your boat into one of the three covered stalls next to the house. The large living/dining/kitchen - open concept area, keeps everybody close enough to have a good visit. Sitting on The Brackin House front porch helps clear your mind for whatever comes next!

Cozy Ranch surrounded by Sabine National Forest

Located deep in the Piney Woods, the "Rocking Box Diamond J" Ranch offers cool breezes and brilliant starlit skies. It is the perfect place to set camp and enjoy nearby Toledo Bend and Sam Rayburn Lakes, as well as, the Sabine National Forest. A short 15 minute drive to nearby Hemphill will bring NASA fans "Remembering Columbia" museum. If you like to hunt and fish, but maybe not everyone in your group does, the pool (open seasonally) will keep everyone happy and engaged. Welcome y'all!

Mariposa Ridge

Tiny house built in 2023 with all of the amenities nestled among the pine trees of 30 acres. 3/4 of a mile from a public boat ramp. Plus, it's walking distance to a private shoreline of Lake Sam Rayburn with private beach. Has one queen size bed plus a sofa bed which makes into a full size bed; can easily sleep 3 people. Horner’s Lake House

We are 5 miles from beautiful lake Sam Rayburn. You can fish all day or evening, come home to a fish cleaning station for your catch. Plenty of room to park and charge your boat to be ready for the next day. Private deck/grill and sitting if you choose to cook your meal. Clean hot shower. Living area very clean with large screen TV/movies or books if you choose to read. Queen size bedding for a great nights rest. Very quiet with only the cows, birds and squirrels

The Wright House

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Pineland itself is located halfway between Sam Rayburn Lake and Toledo Bend Lake, a perfect location to launch your fishing adventures. We are in the center of town, so the rumble of the sawmill and occasionally the train can be heard. This house is equipped with all the supplies you'll need for an easy stay, from kitchen equipment and dishes to linens and towels.

Located 18 minutes to (2) Six Mile Boat Launches and 23 minutes to Sandy Creek Boat Launch at Toledo Bend. Also, 10 Minutes to Mill Creek Boat Launch at Sam Rayburn Lake. Key lock box for check in and out. Plenty parking for boats. Note: If your GPS takes you close to the Pineland Airport, you’re 2 miles south of the Red House.

Our Sweet Dreams Guest Suite is all new, it’s spacious and completely comfortable. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located on the main drive in Hemphill, close to everything you need from restaurants, gas stations, groceries, banks, and gym all near by. The lake is not far and we allow for boat parking. Unit is Smoke Free, No Pets and No Parties. Check in at 4 pm and check out by 10 am
