Our one and only listing is a private house right in the middle of the Bronx and close to all major attractions such as the the Bronx Zoo, the Bronx Botanical Garden, Fordham Shopping District, and Yankee Stadium to name a few. We are located in a diverse neighborhood with people from all walks of life. Whereas the summer months bring out the cultural aspect to the neighborhood, fall and winter exposes the tranquil bitter chill of the community.

Enjoy your stay at my comfortable spacious three story Colonial house with central air throughout. The bedroom is suited for solo and business travelers. The house features a modern kitchen, formal dining room, & half bath on the 1st floor. A modern bathroom, private refrigerator, Queen size bed, dresser, closet, and a little sun-room right in your bedroom all on the 2nd Fl. This is a safe quiet residential area with easy street parking.

The elements of hip hop came together in the Bronx borough of New York City. It was 1973 where DJ Kool Herc is credited with throwing the switch at an August 1973 dance bash. We are a few steps away from where it all started. Many tourist come by to see it. We are 35 min to grand central via metro north.
