This house is perfectly located - on a quiet residential street just one block to restaurants, cafes, pubs, parks, & library! Enjoy our farmers' market & town pool at Memory Square in the summer and stroll to go ice skating in the winter. Boulder is just a 15-minute drive, Denver 30 & Eldora 50. One can easily get out & explore and come back to Old Town for a lovely evening!

This cozy but spacious one floor of my home is for one guest. It is closer to having your own private apartment. Located in a friendly, quiet and safe neighborhood it provides convenient access to Boulder, Denver, Louisville, Longmont and more. Guests have a private entrance to the space that includes a bedroom, bath, living area with wood-burning fireplace, laundry and dining area with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee and teapot. I live on the level above the unit.

Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee while relaxing inside the Garden House or on the flagstone patio. Great "launchpad location" for Front Range activities.

The home has a fully stocked kitchen, books, a large backyard and a fire pit area to enjoy with your friends and family. You'll be 15 minutes from Boulder, 20 minutes from Denver and 1 hour from Eldora Ski area! Each room also has a TV with Amazon fire sticks. Perfect for small family gatherings…can sleep up to 10 people (8 is most comfortable) with 4.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, two pullouts (and a comfy couch).
