Welcome! We are Paul and Paula and have lived in Waipara over 30 years, you will be nestled down the back of our home on 1/2 acre property. A newly refurbished 2 bedroom cottage, quiet, roomy living area, outdoor patio, you can sit and enjoy the sun, or under the tree for shade. Surrounded by wineries, for brunch, lunch or coffee and taste some wonderful wines. Coringa Farm Cottage is the home block of the original 7000 acre Coringa Station, Unique landscape surrounded by nature. Located 5 minutes from Motunau Seaside village, & 10 minutes from Greta Valley Pub & Cafe, Scargill Golf Club & Wedding Venue. This farm runs sheep & cattle, therefore shearing, lambing, weaning, drenching, draughting, training sheep dogs & horses, are operating throughout the year. Our Wine Pod, a beautiful Tiny House, sits privately nestled on the Georges Road Winery & Vineyard, with panoramic views across the vines to the hills & alps beyond. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, relax on the deck, enjoy a complimentary wine tasting up at the Winery, use our complimentary bikes to explore the area, with kitchen and bbq (bring your own supplies or purchase local antipasto fare at our Cellar Door), luxury bedding, bluetooth sound and with breakfast included.

We aim to provide as much information and comfort as you need to have a great experience.

Why stay in the City? Nestled between the walnut trees is a modern, private space in the country but so close to the city. 15 minutes to/from Christchurch Airport. This is lifestyle block that runs as a little farm. Take a walk and enjoy the countryside. An easy drive to the supermarkets and every takeaway that you can think of! Relax on the covered deck, and absorb the space. Not suitable for infants/children.

The Motorway access is very close that allows you a quick route into Christchurch or travel to the north or south. This home stands alone from the main dwelling on the property and has its own private access.

This house is amazing, it is situated in Cass Bay, a quiet Bay overlooking Lyttelton Harbour, a short 20min drive from Christchurch CBD. It's great for families & also groups. On it's backdoor steps are world class walks, beaches & mountain bike tracks. It is a 5 min drive to Lyttelton, a very cool suburb overlooking the harbour with cool bars & restaurants known for it's music scene.
