The Hayloft provides self catering holiday cottage accommodation fitted out to a high standard. The property is located in the pretty little village of Bainton situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds close to many tourist destinations such as Beverley, Hull, York and the east coast. The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

This beautiful recently completed guest cottage is set within the secure grounds of the main house in a rural setting near the villages of Willerby, located just off the main route between the Humber Bridge and the historic town of Beverley and only 15 mins from the City of Kingston Upon Hull. We are only 2 mins away from all amenities i.e. Restaurants, Pubs, cafes, supermarkets or for hospitals visits and business trips.

All local amenities, including pubs, restaurants, take aways, and shops are within a short walk. Free road side parking outside of the cottage. Hedon is situated in a convenient location to explore the East Yorkshire coast and it’s beaches, Burton Constable Hall, the city of Kingston Upon Hull, and is within reach of Beverley, Hornsea and Spurn Point.

An period 18th Century cottage with a lovely kitchen, a cosy living room and a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room, so this cottage can be occupied by 2-4 guests. The private and prettily planted courtyard has seating and a BBQ. Please note that as this is a period property the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and very steep and would sadly not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
