The beach is between 25 to 30 miles away and there are numerous beaches within that radius, including Hilton Head and Hunting Island. Of course, the cottage is right in front of a beautiful and peaceful coastal marsh. We’re also not far from Parris Island if it’s time to celebrate your special Marine! Our home is clean, newly renovated, cozy, and fully electric. Explore nearby Lake Warren State Park, Beaufort, Hilton Head Island, and Savannah. Our home is ready for you!

This tranquil, private, river retreat has incredible views of the marsh and the Beaufort River. Located in popular Pigeon Point, you are just a short bike ride or a 20 minute walk to the historic district and downtown Beaufort. Relax by one of the 2 ponds with water features or on the patio. Take a walk around the pond with Isaac (Great Dane)as your guide on our 13 acres. Sorry no pets allowed! There is a a micro, fridge & coffee mkr in ur suite. Cook your meal in our shared kitchen. All linens are sanitized w/ high temp sanitizing wash. You have your own private entrance so come and go as you please! Airbnb designated parking. I live on the 2nd floor should u need assistance !

“Tiny house” nestled on private farm

We are less than 1 mile off of I-95 in the Low Country of South Carolina. Our 62 acre farm is nestled in the “middle of nowhere, but close to every where”. We are located close Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah! Our Tiny House, which used to be our feed shed, offers beautiful scenery from the Red barn, Moss draped Live Oak trees, Pecan Grove, horses, goats, free range donkeys and more. We have a brand new Bathhouse with a full bath. Washer & Dryer too!

Ellzey Place

Ellzey Place is a peaceful spot where you can relax and unwind. Enjoy having a cup of coffee on the deck facing a spacious private back yard. There are lots of azaleas that bloom in season and pines swaying in the breeze. It is a charming apartment attached to the owner's house but has a private deck and entrance. It has been newly remodeled and delightfully decorated.
