See gorgeous sunrises & watch the dolphins from the upstairs deck or sun porch. Great views of the water from most of the house. New lighted dock on deep water so bring your boat! Enjoy swimming (ladder provided), kayaking or paddle boarding. Great area for fishing and crabbing. Well-equipped kitchen, fireplace, gas grill, screened-in porch, game table & more!

Relax by one of the 2 ponds with water features or on the patio. Take a walk around the pond with Isaac or Isabella (Great Danes)as your guide on our 13 acres. Sorry no pets allowed! There is a a micro, fridge & coffee mkr in ur suite. Cook your meal in our shared kitchen. All linens are sanitized w/ high temp sanitizing wash. You have your own private entrance so come and go as you please! Airbnb designated parking. I live on the 2nd floor should u need assistance !

This water-front house is located in the Palm Key community, a secluded 350-acre nature get-a-way on the Broad River about 10 minutes from I-95, 30 minutes from Beaufort and Parris Island, and 45 minutes to Hilton Head and Savannah, Georgia. Grocery stores and restaurants are located 15 minutes away in Ridgeland. If you like to cookout, we have a park style grill in the backyard. Ellzey Place is a peaceful spot where you can relax and unwind. Enjoy having a cup of coffee on the deck facing a spacious private back yard. There are lots of azaleas that bloom in season and pines swaying in the breeze. It is a charming apartment attached to the owner's house but has a private deck and entrance. It has been newly remodeled and delightfully decorated.
