Scott's place was perfect for our small family's ski trip! It was exactly as pictured, had everything we needed for our stay, and was so close to Sunday River (~10 minutes) and right down the road from restaurants in Bethel Village. We would love to stay again on our next ski trip!

First off. Let me say the house was great. It was nice and big plenty of room. Very clean we had a big gathering and everyone absolutely loved it and was very satisfied with the price they paid to stay the weekend. Even though we went during the offseason it was still a great time. We Will definetly book this Airbnb again. Thank you Krystal and we will be in contact again.

This was our first experience with an Air B&B and happy that it was with Spencer. Our main reason for the East Coast trip was to see our grandsons football games at Bowdoin College and it was a perfect location. We stayed for seven weeks and loved the experience.

This house worked out great for us. Had everything we needed and as they said it was 5 minutes from the restaurants, museums and shops of downtown Rockland. In the other direction are the lighthouses and fishing villages of the midcoast. The unexpected bonus was the view. We could watch the sunrise over the bay from the living room, yard, or down the hill by the water. We could also see the Rockland breakwater light in the distance. As dog owners we appreciated having clean floors throughout the house instead of suspect carpets, and plenty of yard to take care of business.

Stayed with my wife and 2 year old son for a full week. Wonderful location walking distance to many shops, bakeries, restaurants etc. Blackout curtains in the bedroom were helpful for our son with naps and early sunrise. Playground a 30 second walk down the street which we used often. Private parking space directly behind the home was also convenient. We thought it was great value for the location and a nice alternative to booking an apartment or larger home when we spent the majority of our trip out exploring. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience.

Second stay at the farm house. Two weeks this time. We just love it here. Plenty of space yet cozy, everything you need, lovely outdoors space. We enjooed watching the chickens, dicks and horse next door. I wish we could stay for months. Thank you, Amy and family!

We had an amazing time over valentines day weekend. There was a snow storm and Kent snow blowed around our vehicle to make sure we could get out. The house is very comfortable and peaceful, amazing view of the river and just off the road enough to not be bothered by passing traffic. Definitely recommend!!!!

Katrina's home is always clean and welcoming. The living room (TV area) is comfortable. The dining room table a nice work space if you need to 'work from home' while in her home. The additional half bath on the first floor - a great addition. I am already considering when we will return !

Beautiful Airbnb! Everything in the Airbnb was very well thought out. The host was super nice and always quick to respond. My only regret was not spending more time here!

The perfect place for a weekend away with friends! Easy to find/get to, and less than 15 minutes from downtown Portland! The house was extremely clean, well stocked with anything you might need, comfortably furnished, and looked just like the listing. Susan was extremely responsive and helpful! Highly recommend, and we can’t wait for our next stay here!

My stay was very comfortable. The property was well kept and updated. The beds and furniture were were in perfect condition. Both the house and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would visit again!

BEAUTIFUL Home!! Tons of space to relax and spread out with our family! The beds were very comfortable! We really appreciated all of the bathrooms for our group! The kitchen was huge and so handy for preparing meals! I absolutely loved the style and atmosphere of this wonderful home! We also loved being able to bring our dogs!! We had a lovely time and we would most definitely come back!!! 🥰

This was a fantastic find in a private and quiet area. The hot tub and sauna were fantastic as it snowed a bit while we were there. It’s a great space with a rustic feel and fun vibe. As someone that lives in Maine and enjoys finding places like this, we will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Samantha's place in Cushing. To say that she is "very responsive" would be an understatement. She typically responded within 10 minutes no matter what my question was. She lives a short distance away which really helped facilitate things. We had a minor issue with the Internet which required communication with the service provider, but she coordinated everything and resolved it right away. The house is totally charming - old, a bit creaky and adorable - and well maintained (no issues there). We imagined how great it would be to visit in wintertime and snuggle up to a roaring fire. They have an expansive yard with gardens great for a short evening stroll. Forest habitat behind the property was great for bird watching. The area is absolutely beautiful - quintissential coastal Maine. The Olson House (local attraction) is a few minutes drive from the house. The grounds have a walking trail along the water with fantastic views of the coast.

Keith's place was such a cozy stay! The facility was spacious and well-ventilated. Keith was helpful, and the kitchen was equipped with items to cook with. Would love to stay again! The neighborhood cats are very friendly, I enjoyed interacting with them and giving them treats!

This was a great get away. Right on the lake with the convenience of using their kayaks, row boat, and peddleboat. Also had an array of life jackets for everyone to be safe. Scenery is beautiful, location is peaceful! We read, kayaked, played pinpong in their basement, sat around the firepit and listened to nature! The house is exactly how you see it in the pics, plus better! The home is spotless and has everything you need! Host Heidi is very responsive! They even have many board games and puzzles to play. I took myself and my dog Sammy on a CEO business planning retreat to the Cozy Rock Cabin and it was incredible! It was the perfect location to be free of every day distractions, to visit, map out and strategize while also getting in time for play and rest. The location was perfect, beautiful and surrounded by nature. The cabin itself was clean, comfy and cozy. When we weren’t enjoying the cabin, we were off exploring downtown and going for hikes. There’s so much to do in the area, and you get to make your stay whatever you’d like! We both didn’t want to leave, and will definitely be back!

Host was great and friendly. Beautiful neighborhood. Apt was very clean and comfortable. Many extras like Keurig, coffee, tea hot chocolate and water bottles. Cozy extra blankets, fans and fireplace. Bathroom was clean and had liquid soaps, shampoo etc. Not a full kitchen, but all you need. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed at Matt's place over Christmas. It is a beautiful and spotless place that fit our needs perfectly. The fireplace and cozy living room made it easy to feel like home and celebrate the holiday! Matt was responsive to our questions and was quick to reply. Would certainly stay here again!

Amazing $1M+ house. Everything you need, especially in the kitchen. Everything is high-end and perfect. Beautiful house and land. Great deck with fire table. Upstairs shower is amazing! Left doggie treats for my Labrador! The property is on the water; the house is on the hill, so it is a steep hike down to the river. Beautiful Maine woods surrounding the house. It is private, no neighbors to worry about. This host has made this house a dream vacation home with everyone one would possibly need. Farmer’s markets are close by, as well as Freeport and LL Bean. Couldn’t recommend more!

Chelsea’s home is comfortable and cozy. The back yard has a barbeque, large deck, great outdoor furniture and an outdoor shower. We were very comfortable with 4 adults and a 2 year old. Chelsea really made us feel at home by providing inside and outside toys, a wooden toddler tower, toddler table and chair set, and toddler chair at the large dining table. We were able to cook some great meals in the kitchen and enjoy being with the family after 15 months of quarantine. We had no problem getting to the beach, shopping, parks and downtown from the house. I would recommend this locations for anyone who wants a quiet retreat in Portland.
