Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit our Nubian Goats Dolly, Daisy, and Dixie.

3 minute drive, 10 minute walk to the GSMNP. Enjoy Spring/Summer on Deep Creek! Great fishing-native and stocked. Be right on the creek and enjoy Bryson City's quaint vibe. Near town, GSMNP, hiking, fishing, waterfalls, restaurants, breweries. Two comfy bedrooms, Full Bath, Eat-In kitchen, laundry, heat and a/c. Roku and WiFi. Cute Cottage Above the Creek

The Cute Cottage Above the Creek is an ideal getaway destination. Sitting up on the hillside with a great view down onto the creek. The hot tub is a great place to relax after a long day hiking or to warm up after playing or casting a line down in the creek. Tastefully decorated with a fire pit just out back, swing along the creek side, corn hole, satellite tv, internet as well as the peaceful secluded setting too enjoy when you not out exploring all the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer.

Little River Cottage /River front ,

Little River Cottage on the Little River In Townsend the "Peaceful Side of the Smokies" This nonsmoking cozy cottage has a large screened porch over looking the Little River and direct river access to our guest. Our cottage is perfect for 4 adults and 2 children.The cottage is completely renovated , all new appliances, and mattresses. The Little River Cottage is located beside the Historical Blount Swinging Bridge . Enjoy the large back yard and sit around the fire pit in the evenings .

Lake View Cottage

Newly redecorated, wonderfully rustic, & simply charming rock cottage family home with lake view & a creek running beside it, directly off a main road (no steep driveways). Just at .6 miles to the Alarka Boat Ramp & Marina, less than ten miles to downtown Bryson City, 20 minutes to Nantahala Outdoor Center, under 20 miles to Cherokee & Harrah's casino, 30 miles to The Dragon's Tail. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the front porch while waving to passing vehicles (most likely a family member!).

Waterfront Cottage Escape- only 4 mi to Franklin

Escape to The Cottage at Hemlock Pond, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. This home overlooks its own private pond with winter mountain views. It boasts a separate game room complete with air hockey, ping-pong, and more. Bring a fishing pole for catch and release fishing in your front yard! Just minutes from historic downtown Franklin, hiking, waterfalls, brews, gem mining and more. After a day of fun, come back home to roast s'mores on the fire table. Must be 21 to book.

Brookside Cottage

Brookside cottage is newly renovated and surrounded by forest in the mountains of western North Carolina. A mountain stream descends in front of the cottage providing an restful water feature. Located in Transylvania county between Brevard and Cashiers, the area is named the “Land of Waterfalls”. Supplies (food, drink, etc.) are available 2 miles from cottage. Caution to low riding cars/sports cars: the last half mile to this cottage is a gravel road and must ford a small stream.

Creekside Cottage

Looking for an affordable mountain getaway to do a little fishing, relaxing, or just need a break from your hectic everyday life?  Want something comfortable and unique!?  This creek side Cottage is an open loft 2 bedroom home on the creek with a 3 person hammock,hot tub, firepit and charcoal parkside grill. It was built in the early 60's and has had a big transformation! While keeping its unique charm. I love saving and restoring older places and this was a fun project!

The Crane Cottage in downtown Cashiers

This cottage is a private home on Cashiers Lake; walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars, minutes to golf courses, hiking trails and trout fishing, the perfect year round get-a-way with a key location and utmost charm. To all of our guests for 2024- FYI : The private lake that is the back drop to our house will be empty all year due to the owner’s development. Rain will allow it to look full at times.
