Garden Cottage - Tiny House

PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is separate from our house and living quarters. The bathroom is in the back of the main house, just a few steps from the cottage, private and not shared with anyone. We take special precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bedroom and bathroom after each guest. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the neighborhood. We have a dog and a cat. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

You will enjoy the luxurious linens on the King sized bed to the relaxing patio it will delight the senses. You will be able to enjoy the 60" flat screen Smart TV! . The cottage is complete with Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave/convection oven and grill outside. We are minutes from restaurants and night life. This is a NON-SMOKING property.

Around the corner from the Edison public country club, less than a mile and a half from the Historic Ford and Edison Estates and a 7 minute drive to downtown, our quaint guest suite is in an ideal location nestled in a picturesque Fort Myers neighborhood off of the beautiful palm tree lined McGregor Boulevard. Our suite features a separate entrance, a queen sized bed, seating area, coffee maker, a large bathroom with essential toiletries provided, and an outdoor seating area.

The neighbors are very strict in terms of noise and large groups of people. Well maintained house. CLEAN POOL BUT NOT HEATED.
