Two ensuite bedrooms plus a large open plan kitchen & living area w/ south-facing terrace provide a luxurious space surrounded by greenery. Next door is a beautiful restaurant & bar overlooking the boats. Close to Windsor Castle, the Long Walk & Ascot - this is my home, occasionally available when I'm away, much loved and full of character. It feels like someone lives there, because someone does.

Our Courtyard Suites, designed in a contemporary rustic style by Isle Crawford, lead directly onto the picturesque cobbled courtyard. The rooms retain the character of the historic building such as exposed beams, and most have high ceilings. Each room features a king-sized bed, some of which are four poster, and a free-standing roll-top bath in the bedroom, with a separate en suite featuring a rainforest shower. Breakfast is included in the room rate.

The house is located on a small and quiet cul-de-sac, a couple of minutes from Watlington village centre and all the amenities it has to offer. It has easy access to Oxford and London. Watlington is a lovely small town with a few restaurants, a pub with nice outdoor space, sustainable shops and other amenities. People are warm and friendly. There are nice walks in nature that are at walking distance, and there are lots of other choices if you drive.
