The Carriage House building is located 1/2 block to the beach and two blocks to the center of the historic downtown. It offers two individual apartments, each with two floors of living space. Apartment "B" is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Apartment "A" is 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths. Both have a porch and a bedroom balcony. Pricing is for double occupancy. Each can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (children welcome). Conveniences include a full kitchen and complement of electronics. Central air and heat.

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. This quaint and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.
