The brand new Mueller Shopping & Entertainment District is only a five-minute drive away, with a gourmet grocery store, new restaurants, Starbucks, retail stores, a children's museum, a 5km walking trail, and beautiful lakeside trails and parks. Bus stop for downtown route is 5 min walk. I recommend guests rent a car or use ride share services like Uber, Lyft or Ride Austin to get around town fastest. The trailer is situated on a residential street but sits on a one acre lot with a Wild flower area and butterfly sanctuary. The yard has peach trees and fig bushes.

Gorgeous house less than a block from Lady Bird Lake and within 2-5 blocks of the best restaurants, cafes, and unique weirdness Austin has to offer. In the middle of everything, you’ll feel like you’ve walked into an oasis when you reach the small, tree-lined street that our house is on, and our garden growing flowering vines and mulberries and blackberries. We’ve lived in Austin our whole lives, and this is the best location in town. We’re so excited for you to love it as much as we do!
