We invite you to vacation in the desert with the spirit of the ocean in our three bedroom and two bath retreat. The open concept living room has a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. The fenced yard has a pool, hot tub, hammock, outdoor shower, barbecue, and a wood fire pit. There is ample seating in both sun and shade surrounded by palm trees. Our air-conditioned home is in a gated community 90 minutes from the Las Vegas Airport and ten minutes across the river from Laughlin, Nevada.

Enjoy this centrally-located fully access home. We are minutes from LAKES, where you can enjoy your boat or jet ski and CASINO'S, where you can try your luck and win big. At home, enjoy BBQ on the grill outside on the patio. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen that includes: air fryer, blender, non stick pot ware, Keurig coffee maker, Crock Pot etc. Play the provided games (Monopoly, Jenga, Buzzed etc.) or watch one of the four TV's including the 65' Roku TV, with Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more.

1 Bedroom Riverfront Guest House with Dock.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.

Enjoy this entire home! Minutes away from multiple boat launches, rotary park, community park and Casinos! Centrally located home equipped with smart TVs in every bedroom and a 70” smart tv in the living room. Provide Netflix on all TVs. Along with plenty of parking, there is plenty of indoor space to relax or barbecue outside. Included is a full kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge and Keurig. Washer and dryer on-site and garage access.

Close to restaurants, grocery, gas and even the casinos. Our home has perfect views inside and out with a large, covered patio with BBQ.
