We invite you to vacation in the desert with the spirit of the ocean in our three bedroom and two bath retreat. The open concept living room has a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. The fenced yard has a pool, hot tub, hammock, outdoor shower, barbecue, and a wood fire pit. There is ample seating in both sun and shade surrounded by palm trees. Our air-conditioned home is in a gated community 90 minutes from the Las Vegas Airport and ten minutes across the river from Laughlin, Nevada.

Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

This home sleeps 11. 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 4 bunk beds, and a pull-out bed. Waterfront home on the Colorado River in Bullhead City, AZ. Features dual central A/C and heater. Our home is fully furnished with a newly updated kitchen with all new appliances, Free WIFI, BBQ grill. We are located in a no-wake zone for added safety.

1 Bedroom Riverfront Guest House with Dock.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.

Close to restaurants, grocery, gas and even the casinos. Our home has perfect views inside and out with a large, covered patio with BBQ. Have fun on our beach, swim, fish of the dock or play on the large grass area. Or just relax and enjoy the scenery. Fun for the whole family!!!
