This was a great place to stay for our weekend in Chicago. We liked the layout of the apartment and appreciated the fully-stocked kitchen. Johanna was very responsive and helpful.

Maria’s place was great! Easy access to the Airbnb & the yard was a bonus for our two dogs. Lots of little touches that made the stay pleasant; coffee, water, snacks were all appreciated. The bed was very comfortable too! I would definitely stay again when in the area.

Peaceful, felt like home, very spacious and comfortable

Found an absolute gem on this app ...that being both this listing AND Veronica! When my husband and I first started planning our micro backyard wedding we never thought we'd find a place like hers- secluded but not too isolated, gorgeous, huge backyard, pristine, enough sleeping spaces for all the out of towner, a gorgeous "theme" room to host the reception...and pet friendly so my dog could be the ring bearer! From the very beginning Veronica was just as excited as us to have our wedding there. We asked if we could possibly stop by and peak into the backyard to get an idea of the layout. Instead, she took time out of her Sunday to give us a FULL tour! She even gave me a hug afterward, it was so sweet. Veronica went out of her way to provide tables & chairs and was quick to reply to messages when I had questions day of. She even followed up after to ask for wedding photos! My husband and I said if her place is still available a decade from now we'll have our vow renewals there!!

It was great! The house was lovely and looked newly renovated. It was much roomier than I expected. The beds were very comfortable.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at this property! The host was extremely polite and very responsive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The home itself was in immaculate condition — spotless, well-maintained, and just as beautiful as the pictures online, if not better. This home completely transformed our view of Chicago. We arrived a little nervous, but the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a space that was warm, welcoming, and absolutely stunning. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from the sleek kitchen to the plush pillows on the sectional. The kitchen is modern and fully stocked, perfect for cooking and gathering. The living room is beautifully styled and cozy, and the bedrooms felt like luxurious retreats with spa-like linens and calming decor. The basement lounge was a standout with its oversized sectional and elegant bar area, so perfect for relaxing after a long day. We especially loved the little reading nook with the blue chairs. Every corner of this home radiates peace and intentionality. It truly felt like a sanctuary. We left feeling inspired, rested, and already planning our return.
