A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

Located in a quiet family neighborhood, this suite is within walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, trails, colleges, and an art museum. Long term tenants have laundry access. One guest only at all times, please do not send inquiries or reservations for more. Be sure to read and follow the house rules for all policies.

The Magnolia-Fully Remodeled Apt

Come relax at The Magnolia. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has been completely remodeled in July 2023 and is in the middle of all the big city amenities. The apartment complex is very safe with a city police officer living on the premises as the courtesy officer. It is a very quiet complex and everyone is very respectful. The laundry is located in the apartment, so no need to visit a laundry mat. The complex has a fitness center, business center, and dog park.

Comfortable Guest House

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.
