Centrally located in Winterton comfortable for a singleton, couple or couple with child with a host of food outlets, pubs and shops conveniently located on your doorstep. Only 25mins from Humberside Airport. This compact self catering annexe is within the grounds of a family home with outside seating available to enjoy. Please note there are resident Cockerpoos on the grounds. We are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved small dogs (one per stay only). Secure on-site parking for motorbikes.

It offers spacious living accommodation with a garden backing onto open fields with many paths to explore the Lincolnshire countryside. It is ideal for a family gathering or business colleagues. It is close to the historic town of Epworth and within walking distance of local pubs and takeaways. Yorkshire Wildlife Park is a short drive away; York and Lincoln are less than an hours drive.

Lovely Victorian end terrace cottage in the pretty village of Laxton near Howden. We have Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one single bedroom. The cottage is ideal for couples, business travellers, families with one child and dogs. The village has a great pub with delicious home cooked food and a cosy open fire. Only 3 miles away is the historic Market town of Howden with it's great range of shops, cafes and bars. Laxton is an ideal base for exploring East or North Yorkshire.

We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A stream with ducks is in the next village. Our beautiful period cottage is situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Welton, East Yorkshire. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Hull, Beverly, historical York or exploring the vast Yorkshire Wolds. The beautiful Yorkshire coast is within an hour and a half’s drive. Filey, Bridlington, Whitby all fantastic seaside towns to explore. We have lovingly restored the cottage to the highest standards and hope you appreciate the beautiful items we have chosen.
