My house is a 3 bed (but 1 room locked for storage) it has 2 king-size bedrooms & boasts epic sea views of St. Michaels Mount, Newlyn harbour & the nearby countryside. It has parking for one car, a must in Newlyn! No through traffic, a large decking & a peaceful enclosed garden to relax in. A great location to explore the great outdoors, with Penzance, St.Michaels Mount, St.Ives, Mousehole, The Minack Theatre and Land's End, all within 8 miles! Plus it's <180 yards to Newlyn School of Art.

The Long Barn at Chyenhal is a lovely detached, one bedroom dwelling which has been beautifully restored by its present owners, Ben & Beccy Marshall. A detached barn , with its own small private gardens, it is situated just a few miles above the village of Mousehole. The small rural hamlet of Chyenhal offers peace and tranquility for those who are looking for a relaxing holiday or short break, yet is still a short drive away from all of the beautiful beaches, coves , restaurants and locations.

The Treehouse is an architecturally designed space for 2 with a private covered balcony running down one side with views over stunning gardens & countryside. Originally a famous printmakers studio, it is now a large, comfortably furnished light filled sanctuary. There are floor to ceiling windows, (with blinds) a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a romantic ensuite bedroom. The Treehouse is ideal for a relaxing break in a secluded location, 10 mins walk to Penzance.

All the amenities of the village are only a minute walk away with fresh fish shops, a bakery, a greengrocers, deli, Co-op, cafes, independent filmhouse, restaurants, take aways, galleries and even a homemade ice cream shop all to be found.

'The Artist's Loft' is fully self-contained and has been beautifully restored by Maria and Terry. It has its own kitchen, bath/shower and w.c. From our balcony window you can enjoy unique views into Newlyn harbour and the whole of Mounts Bay, including St Michael's Mount. There's lots to explore in Newlyn, and a leisurely 20 minute stroll along 'The Prom' takes you to the famous Jubilee Pool, another 5 minutes and you've arrived at Penzance Harbour with it's quay-side shops and restaurants.
