This is the perfect holiday home to relax with your family. The house is located on Majanji Road, about 7 kilometers from Busia town. Majanji is 9 kilometers to the south and here you will find the Coconut Beach, located right on the shore of Lake Victoria, a place to relax, swim, and enjoy freshly made local cuisine. Nearby are two pubs, Base 10 and Golden Gardens where one can have a quiet drink. Busia town offers good supermarkets and restaurants as well.

A place good for relaxation, free from polluted noise. Beautiful compound with green grass &3 meter pavement around the house. Security is very good. Lighting system very good,both on Electricity and Solar.
