The second story of this 110-year-old house is 530 square feet of apartment-sized room, fixtures and appliances with 7-foot ceilings and plenty of space for two people to relax and enjoy. The office has a desk and swivel chair to set your laptop on and work from, catch up on email correspondence or research local recreational events and activities. The library has a bookcase with a small assortment of reading material.

Luxury Historical Building, 2 Bedroom-Unit I

This unique slice of history has a style all its own. The historical Socialist Hall Building just finished one of the most expensive renovations in Butte and opened in July of 2024. The building built in 1916 and listed on the National Historical Register shows the toughness of Butte with the outside architectural décor and the inside brings modern design to the rustic history of the outside.
