We are .6 miles from St. Luke’s Hospital which is perfect for traveling medical professionals. There are options for creating a conducive work from home office space. The apartment is well stocked with everything you would need for a getaway.

Welcome to Main Street on the Park! The morning sun will greet you in the bright apartment in our big white house with a yellow front door. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a convenient place to stay if you are in the area for business. A large fenced yard abuts a public park complete with tennis courts, track and walking trail. Explore our small town with a big history, visit its historic buildings, great restaurants and unique shops. The location is convenient to all of the South Coast.

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Our Sunny Studio is centrally located on Martha's Vineyard. A down-island location with an up-island feel. Open and airy studio with kitchenette and bath. The apartment has all the essentials. The apartment is located within walking distance of hiking and biking trails. A 10 to 15 minute car ride to any down-island town / beach. ***Please Note: Although conveniently located we are not within walking distance to Bars or Restaurants. We do recommend first time visitors rent or bring a car.

This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. This place is only 10 min away from ferry station to Martha's Vineyard and others Islands, 30 mins from Providence RI and 45 mins from Boston. The Charming Gen is only 10mins away from Dartmouth and the Downtown Of New Bedford.

Studio apartment that is well suited for a couple and young family. Children under twelve years of age will not be charged the extra fee. There is an added fee for extra adults over 2. This is a small space for 3 adults. This is our own home in which the studio apartment is above the garage. This was added for our daughter who attended a local college. She live there for 5 years while attending college.
