Cabin at SanGer-La Alpacas

Welcome to The Cabin @ SanGer-La Alpacas, a working alpaca farm owned and operated by Nancy & Kris Sanger. In addition to the wooded Adirondack Park like setting, you can learn about alpacas, their care and their wonderful fiber, or just relax and imagine you're in the most peaceful place on earth. You'll meet Lucas and Cody our 2 dogs. Both very friendly and full of energy. The Cabin is a completely separate 480 sq ft, 1 bedroom and full bath. Parking in front of the Cabin. Note: No TV.

Entire 3rd-floor w/ kitchenette. No cleaning fee

Tuck away on the private 3rd floor within our century-old home in a historic district (please read full listing). 2 comfy beds. Great for 2 guests or family with kid(s). Enjoy simple comfort with lots of small touches to feel at home. You'll be next to a park & 10min to downtown OR Lake Ontario! There's space to work or relax, two TVs, and a light-duty kitchenette. Stocked with breakfast items, coffee, teas & snacks. Near hospital. 15min to airport, 18 to RIT (Pets ok. READ PET POLICY first)

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Big Tree Farm hideaway with a view

Welcome to Big Tree Farm! Enjoy the views of the farm from this recently renovated apartment attached to our family home. Only 1.5 miles from the village center yet surrounded by fields and forests. The National Warplane Museum and grass strip airfield are adjacent and walkable. Extremely convenient for college visits and any events at the airport. Big Tree Lane is just off Rt 63, it is a 1 mile private gravel road to our house (can be bumpy)

Lagom Living Not too little ~ Not too Much

Our Airbnb is an entire two-bedroom apartment in an 1800s home in Albion, NY. You’ll have plenty of room to settle in and stretch out here. We can sleep five people on two double beds and a couch. The comfortable living room is stocked with board games and our full kitchen has all the appliances and kitchenware you need to make your own meals. With onsite parking, a private entrance, and washer and dryer, you can really make yourself at home.

Spacious studio apartment in the lower level of a country home. 1 Queen Sized Bed, also the option of 2 fold out cots/air mattresses. Greater Rochester Airport is only 15 minutes away and Roberts Wesleyan College is 2 minutes! Driveway is shared with owner but has plenty of parking space.

The house features two floors of living space, a full kitchen, garage, washer and dryer, and views of the countryside. Our farm backs up to endless woods with walking trails and borders a creek.
