The Eastside Cottage

You are going to love it! The cottage is furnished with an eclectic flare. Lovely artwork and a kitchen that is very user-friendly. Spices included :) This 2 BR, 1 bath cottage, makes a cozy getaway. Ideal location with Cabarrus Arena, Charlotte Motor Speedway less than 15 mins. away. Pets are more than welcome. The large yard is not fenced. High-speed wifi, no basic cable. Charming Union Street Historic District Studio

***Before booking please note, through June 2025 the main house will have a kitchen remodel and there will be loud noises M-Sa from about 830-4. Only book if you will be here to sleep or will not be bothered by potential noise. *** Enjoy a stay at this efficient studio inside a historic Union Street home. The studio is attached to the house but has its own dedicated entrance, porch, wifi, full kitchen (fully stocked), minor appliances, full bath with tub and queen bed.

My space is very roomy and comfortable with blinds and entry door that brings in a lot of light when opened. The patio has seating for two for evening relaxation. The patio is shaded in the evening, and you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises behind the trees in the morning. Beautiful landscape and vegetable garden to view along with the wall of trees at the back. ROKU TV, Netflix and HBO for entertainment. Kitchen appliances for basic needs.

An update on this listing. The county is currently working on installing a new waterline on a neighboring road and storing their heavy equipment on the same road as this Airbnb so occasionally throughout the day, especially the morning and evening there are beeping noises from the workers setting up and Ending their day. No complaints so far, but I want everyone to be aware. It hasn’t scared the deer off.

This is a newly renovated spacious private apartment above our home’s garage with a private entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet, a full bathroom with tub/shower, a kitchenette, and a living room. An additional twin-sized blow-up mattress is available upon request. Only small pets under 45 pounds.
