Our luxurious 3BR 2.5BA home located near UNC Charlotte and CMC University, 15 mins from Uptown. 1 Master suite has a queen bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, garden tub, separate shower. 2nd BR has a queen bed, closet, ceiling fan. 3rd BR has 2 twins, closet, ceiling fan. Bonus room upstairs has a pull out sofa and TV. We DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING, PETS OR PARTIES AT THE HOUSE.

NEWLY RENOVATED, with brand-new furnishings. Studio efficiency with tranquil setting. Situated on our 10-acre property. Come and go as you please, studio has small kitchenette equipped w/refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and sink. Bed is FULL size and very comfortable. Coffee and tea with some spices provided. Full size shower in bath, with soap, etc. THIS UNIT IS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GUESTS, maximum weight on bed is 400 pounds due to manufacturers recommendations.
