Walk up the front steps and see all the way through the villa, to the outside deck with pool, and beyond to expansive views of the Caribbean sea! The kitchen has beautiful custom slab cabinets, white quartz countertops, all new appliances, and an island with seating for four. The patio has a gas grill and table for six as well as comfortable outdoor furniture. The backup generator keeps everything running flawlessly. This house is located in the desirable Jones Estate neighborhood .

Bananaquit House, is a townhouse in the small enclave of Nelson Spring. A ten minute drive to Charlestown and Vance Amory Airport and a less then 10 minute drive to the Oualie Beach Ferry Terminal. Our backyard is on the Northern end of the world famous Pinney’s Beach the unit has an enclosed deck which with the master bedroom overlooks the beach, the Caribbean Sea, the Narrows and beautiful St. Kitts. The second bedroom has a direct view of Mount Nevis. Quiet neighborhood to relax.
