Cagliari : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Pasquale is a great host-welcoming,friendly,communicative & humorous!What a find this house was. The house & beautiful garden are brilliant in every way.There is absolutely everything you need and more for a perfect,relaxing holiday-which we had.The house is modern,bright&pristine with great attention to detail throughout. Luca’s place was in a very private and peaceful location. The garden was perfect for relaxing in and our dog enjoyed it too! There are some beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants in the area. All in all we had a great stay!

Nous venons de passer 10 jours de rêve dans la maison de Michael. Mickael est un hôte exceptionnel, d'une gentillesse remarquable et d'une serviabilité hors du commun, toujours à notre écoute et prêt à nous rendre service. Amoureux et grand connaisseur de son île, il a su nous faire profiter des trésors de la région de Chia ( sites touristiques, magnifiques plages, restaurants, supermarchés...) Sa maison adossée à une colline nous offre, depuis sa grande terrasse une vue exceptionnellement imprenable sur une mer bleu turquoise bordée d'une forêt verdoyante. Une merveille ! De plus elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût avec tout le confort et un équipement complet. Tout était parfait y compris l a literie très confortable. Merci Michael pour tout ce que tu nous a apporté durant tout notre séjour y compris les petites attentions à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Das kleine Haus liegt perfekt um mit der Familie entspannte Strandferien zu machen. Das Häuschen bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Strand vor der Tür ist sehr schön. Der Kontakt vor Ort mit Marcus war sehr angenehm. Marcus hat uns persönlich und herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, eine Wiederholung ist nicht auszuschliessen.

Wir hatten einen 5 tägigen Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Nähe zum Meer ist super, der Strand sehr schön. Die Unterkunft mit dem großen Balkon unter Pinienbäumen ebenfalls sehr gut. Anmerkung: Im Oktober hatte der Supermarkt direkt nebenan bereits geschlossen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Pietro!

A very homely feeling to the house. A nice place to relax in the evening if you want to cook at home. A walk under 10 minutes to local fresh grocery shop and to the beach. A variety of restaurants within 10 minute walk. Only a 45 minute drive from Cagliari airport. The beach is peaceful with no music plus it is not too busy, especially during the week (you can have your own little section in front of the sea). Enrico was very helpful before and during the stay. Would recommend staying here!

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist unschlagbar – wir konnten jeden Morgen mit dem Rauschen der Wellen aufwachen und den Sonnenaufgang vom Balkon aus genießen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der persönliche Service: Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben. Die Nähe zum Strand war ideal – nur wenige Schritte und wir waren am Wasser. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch! Bewertung: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

What to say? This was our last stay of a long trip around the Island. We entered the villa and the first thing that came in our mind was "Wow!". The host is fantastic and very helpful. She is proactively asking if you are fine and making you feel comfortable immediately. The room was absolutely gorgeous. Completely modern and beautiful. The villa is beautiful with pool and hydromassage. The location is basically between 2-3 beaches that you can reach by walking. It's the first stay we had with no need of a car to move around. There is literally nothing I could complain about. And for sure I'm taking this contact for future stays!

What a wonderful place! We have been here for a week and really enjoyed every day. The house is wonderfully quiet and has everything you need. Thank you Gabriele for your hospitality and all the great tips! Our first introduction to Sardinia, but certainly not the last!

I would definitely recommend this villa, such a great location, 5 min walk to the beach and the little supermarket was just around the corner. The garden was kept beautifully and the view was stunning. We will definitely be back.

Kohde oli upea ja erittäin sopiva lapsiperheelle. Huomioikaa kuitenkin, että kaikki tarpeelliset asiat tulee hankkia itse. Kohde ei sisällä shampoita, roskapusseja, vessapapereita tai esim. leivinpaperia.

Ruhig und traumhaft in der Nähe zum Strand gelegenes Haus. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr schneller und freundlicher Kontakt. Fantastisch, um eine gute Zeit im Süden Sardiniens zu verbringen.

Manu und Mauro sind super tolle Vermieter. Sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und schnell in der Kommunikation. Die Wohnung ist sauber und so wie auf den Bildern angegeben. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es sehr viele Hunde, die natürlich auch viel bellen, aber man kommt trotzdem zur Ruhe.

Ich konnte mich so richtig erholen. Kleines Bungalow in einem Pinienwald. Es ist etwas abgelegen von allem aber die Bushaltestelle befindet sich 2 min vom Zimmer entfernt. Wer abschalten will, ist dort genau richtig.

myself and my wife stayed in early October 2024. Massimiliana's place is in a great location. It is close to the beach, bakers and local restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. The free parking is a real bonus. Massy, gave clear instructions including photos to help with our arrival and she met us to show us around. The apartment was very clean and a good size for us. The Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils, a microwave would have been a bonus but we managed easily with the hob. The fridge freezer was new. Cleaning materials and rubbish bags were provided and there was also a washing machine, which was spotless and worked really well. Massy even provided pegs ! The double bed is comfortable and there were bedside tables with nearby plugs and a large wardrobe in both rooms to keep things tidy. Breakfast at Sunrise on the terrace was beautiful and there is also a BBQ in the garden. I would definitely recommend Massy's place if you are visiting this area.

We had an amazing family holiday here and loved the ambient of the house with its vicinity to a wonderful sandy beach and crystal clear water. Thank you to Enrico who supported us with helpful advice!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Der tolle Strand ist wirklich nur ein paar Schritte entfernt! Luigi war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! :-)

Nettes Appartment, alles was notwendig ist war vorhanden. Außenbereich sehr schön, vor allem die Außendusche hat uns überzeugt. Die Strände in der Umgebung (Chia, Tuerredda) sind sehr, sehr schön und innerhalb von 10-20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch das nette Städtchen Pula ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten gut erreichbar und auch zu empfehlen. Ohne Auto geht es nicht, es gibt keine Restaurants die zu Fuß gut erreichbar wären. Dadurch, dass die Wohnung auf einer Anhöhe liegt, hört man den Verkehr von der Straße auch in der Nacht, was uns ein wenig beim schlafen gestört hat. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Gegend.
