Vous pourrez traverser la rue pour aller nager dans les eaux cristallines ou faire un tour de paddle ou de kayak laissés gracieusement à votre disposition. La maison a été décorée avec soin pour que vous vous y sentiez tout de suite bien, la literie choisie pour un repos régénérant. Tous les extérieurs ont une vue sur la mer et de nombreux endroits ont été aménagés à l’ombre ou au soleil pour un farniente salvateur.

En dessous de la maison principale vous découvrirez notre studio de plein pied sur la piscine avec son hammam, sa piscine et sa salle d'eau. Lieu magnifique en retrait de la maison construit en bordure du canyon. Sans aucun vis à vis, totalement privé, la vue sur le canyon est spectaculaire. La piscine fait partie intégrante du studio et n'est pas partagée avec aucun autre voyageur. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied.

La nuovissima dependance di Casa Milos, che riserviamo preferibilmente ad ospiti adulti, è situata all’interno del giardino della nostra proprietà che si trova a pochi metri dal mare, lungo la costa sud dell’isola. La vista del mare, con l’isola dell’Aire e il suo faro davanti a noi, e la tranquillità sono ciò che più caratterizza questo luogo di pace. Le ampie vetrate, presenti in ogni ambiente, danno luce a tutta la casa, consentendo di godere della bellissima vista del mare.

Casa Binimares est une belle maison face à la mer où vous pourrez respirer la paix et la tranquillité. Il est situé dans le village de pêcheurs Biniancolla, dans la commune de Sant Lluis. La belle plage de Binibequer se trouve à 5’ Il dispose de deux chambres doubles et d'un bureau avec deux canapés avec lavabo privé. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Le porche dispose d'un barbecue et d'une table pouvant accueillir huit personnes. Il offre une vue imprenable sur la mer !

Stunning modern villa, one minute from the beach

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

El apartamento está situado en un primer piso independiente y consta de una estancia principal donde hay la entradita, la cocina abierta y el comedor. seguidamente hay la habitación con cama de 150 cm y el baño independiente en suite. El comedor da acceso a la terraza con vistas al mar. Tiene unos 25 metros cuadrados y dispone de mesa con sillas y sombrilla donde poder desayunar, comer o cenar y dos hamacas para tomar el sol.
