Direkt gegenüber vom Haus ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die schönen Strandbuchten Cala Selena und Cala Ferrera sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt, der Yachthafen von Cala d’Or ca 10 Min. Autofahrt bzw 1/2h zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Fußgängerzone von Cala d’Or befinden sich Restaurants, Boutiquen und Souveniershops.

Schöne Ausflugsziele in die Umgebung sind Porto Colom, Cala Dor und Porto Petro mit Strände, Yachthäfen, Restaurants und Geschäften.

Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Meter, zur nächsten schönen Bade-Bucht ca. 500 Meter. Den Jachthafen von Cala D`Or und das Zentrum erreicht man nach ca. 15 Gehminuten.
