Enjoy your stay at this shady oak guesthouse. It is located on our 2 acres of land with the view of a neighboring lake. Don’t let the size fool you, it has a queen size bed, small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee. The eating area can double as a workspace if needed. It has a full-size bathroom as well. It has a brand new ac and air purifier. It has outdoor seating, privacy fence and keyless entry. Minutes away from JIA, River City Marketplace, the Zoo and the Cruise terminal.

Enjoy beautiful sunsets from a great garden apartment overlooking the deep water of the North River. Two hundred year old live oaks greet you as you enter the neighborhood and arrive at this grand low country tabby home. Visit nearby historic downtown St. Marys, catch the ferry and spend a day on Cumberland Island, go hiking or biking ( bikes provided) in local area parks, enjoy golf at three beautiful nearby courses. Dock your boat at our 36' floating dock with easy access to the big water.

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. Designed to create an intimate setting to enhance your time together. The RV is quite large and fully equipped . Master bedroom features a cashmere topped California king bed. The property has so many amenities starting with a very large pool, lighted at night. A dock on the river to enjoy the views. Access to kayaks on premises. There’s a private clothing optional area/deck with a massage table , hot tub and loungers. We recently added a fire pit.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with private entrance. Enjoy this peaceful rural country area on the screened porch with an evening tea. You can play some games or puzzles if you want to stay inside or Crochet on the front lawn to enjoy some fresh air & sunshine. We are 2.5 Miles from the WW Ranch Motorcross park. We don't have anything new but I can assure you it will be clean. Sorry we are not suited for children or pets, 2 guests Max. and check-in must be before 9PM.

Relax at this quaint and laid-back getaway located close to restaurants, airport, cruise terminal and major highways. The property is near nature preserves and state parks that are ideal for hiking ,fishing and boating or just relax in any of our many beautiful beaches and enjoy all the fine dining. For entertainment and event venues , Riverside/Downtown is under 30 minutes away. A great place to relax and rest after a day of activities or on your way to your final travel destination.

Fenced 4 bdr House Airport, Cruise, Zoo & Beaches

The house was built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. We offer a comfortable place for 4, with a queen bed and a sofa that pulls out into another queen. We offer parking for cruise getaways, and are 8 minutes away from port! Feel calm and relaxed in presence of the beach. Only 25 minutes from the Beach. Right off 95. This is a tiny house located on our property. Has complete own entrance and building. Total privacy with gate around entire property.

Watch evening sunsets, have cocktails on the dock or around the fire pit, enjoy boating the St Mary’s River, or bird-watching from the river room of this secluded space. Stargaze from the backyard (no light pollution here!). A boat ramp is nearby for boat launching. Renovated Old Florida cabin within walking distance of restaurants, boat ramp 2 miles, cruise ship terminal 10 miles, Jax Zoo 15 miles, Amelia Island shops 17 miles, 9 mi to Boneyard Beach. This cabin has a king bed in private bedroom and 2 single rollaways for additional guests. Furnished kitchen w/full size refrigerator. Screened porch, and bike path to Huguenot Park, a drive-on beach park 1+ miles.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The neighborhood is small and quiet. The backyard backs up to 4 Creeks Management Area (lots of woods). The backyard is fenced to provide privacy. The pool has night time lighting if you want to enjoy a night swim. If you enjoy bird watching you will love watching the birds out the window in the living room. The hummingbirds love to visit.

Hosts live on-site, in the main house beside the barn. Located on a small pecan orchard, our barn was built to be a place of rest and creativity for our family and friends. One of our favorite things about where we live is being able to enjoy the open space of the country while being close to the vibrant city of Jacksonville and the beautiful beaches.
