Our purpose built Sanctuary is a real home from home , ideal for two adults plus pets ,to live in whilst visiting friends or family in the area or for using it as a base for a holiday as many guests use us to explore Northumberland , its wonderful beaches , Morpeth , Alnwick , Seahouses and Bamburgh .It’s also only a 5 minute drive to the local beach , the A19 and just a twenty minute bus ride into the centre of Newcastle ,using the great bus service catching the X7 which runs every 30 mins.

Studio @ The Gubeon

A self contained, compact studio apartment located within my home, with a private secure entrance. We are 3 miles from Morpeth town centre and easily reached from the main A1 and A696. It is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet. The apartment has its own kitchen with facilities/utensils for self catering (hob & microwave oven). There is a sofa and dining area with digital smart tv. There is tea and coffee provided along with fresh milk, butter,breakfast cereals and sliced bread.

Longshore Drift

Longshore Drift is an ideal retreat for couples or a small family. Only 200 yards from the sandy beach. This is a friendly little seaside village with excellent bakeries, supermarkets, fish & chip shops, pubs, restaurants. Nearby there is a golf course. Home provides open plan living with beautiful log burner and smart tv with a fully equipped kitchen. 1st floor there is a king size bed to large bedroom and 2 single beds to the smaller rooms. Puddler's Cottage

Enjoy a stylish experience at this characterful cottage. Located in the centre of a small town, Puddler's Cottage is the perfect base to explore the stunning beaches and castles of Northumberland whilst only a short drive to vibrant Newcastle. With a wood burning stove, a cot available on request and a sofa bed downstairs, Puddler's has all you could wish for a cosy and comfortable getaway. Situated on the front, it has panoramic, uninterrupted sea views - ideal for both nature loving enthusiasts and for those who like to simply sit and relax. The accommodation has a double and twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, double glazing, central heating and decking to enjoy the stunning views. Newbiggin has many pubs, restaurants, shops and a beautiful promenade. You should see seals, dolphins and maybe an occasional whale from your window.

Dog friendly cottage in a Northumbrian village

Stylish, refurbished self contained annex attached to the owners house. Own private entrance via a private patio. The main bedroom has patio doors to another small secluded patio which borders a field with horses. A family of foxes live in the wood and are regularly seen in the field. You can relax in, or wander around our garden which has a fish pond, little man made stream and bridge. Less than a mile to a beautiful beach. Enjoy the beautiful Northumbrian coastline and castles.

The Sheepwash Shepherds Hut Morpeth

Beautiful cosy Shepherds Hut with views over the local countryside. Our bespoke hand made, wood fired hot tub offers a unique bathing experience. Enjoy the natural warmth of the water, heated and ready for your arrival. This does need to be booked in advance, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required at a charge of £40. If your stay is longer than one night we can empty, refill and reheat for a small charge of £15.00 per night.
