Beautiful, bright, and spacious 4 bedroom home in the heart of Smuggler's Notch area with views of the mountains. Less than 4 miles to Smugglers Notch Resort and 1 mile from the Wedding Barn. Property consists of our primary residence with the rental being a separate and private "mother in law" home.

We are 5 minutes from Smuggler's Notch Ski area. 4 VT ski areas are close; Stowe 40 minutes, Sugarbush 70 minutes, Jay Peak 52 minutes & Bolton Valley 50 minutes. By the Brewster - 3 Mins to Smugglers Ski Mtns, Do

By The Brewster Chalet offers a great view of the Brewster river. It has two bedrooms, a workstation area and a well-equipped kitchen. Close access from the main road, yet feels private and offers a secluded backyard. In winter (date varies depending on weather and temperature) the direct route over the mountain between the chalet and Stowe is closed, the drive around is approx. 50 minutes.
