Welcome to your own little Hobbiton, the self - catering holiday apartment which is attached to and below the main bungalow. The accommodation is central for most tourist attractions and beaches. The apartment contains a double bedroom, a WC/ bath/ shower room, the lounge/ kitchen/ dining room is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave. Secure parking for one vehicle is available. Sorry, smoking/ pets are not allowed . The apartment is unsuitable for children.

Welcome to the Studio, a lovely self-contained annex with superb coastal location in the seaside village of Porthtowan & good access to the A30 and W. Cornwall. The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

Located on a Small holding, dog friendly peaceful location, Static Caravan, double glazed / central heating, sleeps 5 - 2 double beds - 1 single bed, Accommodation has Lovely views. Situated between beaches, Porthtowan and Portreath on the North coast of Cornwall. Coast to coast cycle path / Tramway and Bike hire nearby. Hosts are available on site and can provide guests with a Dog sitting or walking service. There are many Cafes / Restaurants and Pubs near by that guests are ab!e to access.

Unique Surf Cabin

Our surf shack is built mainly using driftwood found when returning from a surf. The hut is insulated using off cuts of Celotex insulation/discarded body boards. There are a few drafts. We have enjoyed summers up there with our girls, getting back to nature. No WI-FI or Netflix to interfere with their creativity (but there is a proper toilet, hot water, dishwasher and washing machine . Porthtowan is one of the best surf beaches in Cornwall 0.8 of a mile away, with some free parking.

Chy Vean, our comfortable, stylish self-contained annex is an ideal base to relax and explore Cornwall. Five mins walk to the coastal path and ten min walk to the stunning blue flag beach of Porthtowan, renowned for its surf and magnificent sunsets. You’ll also find beach bars, cafés and other amenities. The whole area offers spectacular views of the sea and easy reach to cycle paths and quaint Cornish villages. We have a Zappy EV charger that we can make available on request.

A bright and modern beach house, 3 minute walk from Porthtowan beach with fantastic sea views, very private with decking balcony and a secluded back garden. Enjoy days on the beach, cycle, run or stroll with the dog along the beautiful coastal trails and countryside, as well as brilliant local dog friendly pubs and restaurants all a stones throw away. All modern appliances, 2 offroad parking spaces, hot outdoor shower and surfboards available for guests use.

The Barns Pigallie is set in a quiet location with accommodation around a courtyard and stream. We are situated 5 minutes from the A30 and all of Cornwall can be easily accessed from our property. Beaches are a 5 minute drive or a leisurely 2 mile stroll. Barn 3 is fully furnished and has all the necessary items needed for self catering. It has two seperate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single. It has a pond by its picnic bench.
