Great place and highly recommend! In Nags Head right across from Jockey Ridge Sand Dune State Park. Hot Tub in the backyard of the house. Short drive to a lot of good restaurants. 10-15 minutes to Kitty Hawk/Kill Devil Hills. 25-30 minutes to Duck. 40-45 minutes to Corolla. Erica was always very quick to respond to any questions we had.

2nd time staying here the location is perfect for walking the boardwalk or around town. The kitchen is just enough for 2 and the hot plate made for easy eggs for breakfast. We will defintely rent this place again!

Overall great stay and a perfect weekend getaway. What a beautiful deck to watch the fishing boats coming and going. Thank you!

Beautiful & peaceful home!! Walkable to many places and the beach. Tiffany was incredibly helpful & went out of her way to make sure we had a long list of suggestions for things to do, restaurants, etc. Spending time in the backyard was lovely. We will absolutely be back!!

We really enjoyed our long Easter weekend at Nataly’s 1st floor apartment in Virginia Beach! Great location:quiet,private,pretty backyard with nice deck,outside shower, and view of the water & lots of animal entertainment: Herons,Egrets,Mallards,fish,squirrels and 1 possum at night! 😆 The apartment is perfect for 2 people: Very Clean,comfy, & the Queen size Bed was very comfortable and the linens smelled so good! Loved the bathroom too! There’s so much to do, so many great places to eat at & funky bars & beer places to experience! Do yourself a favor and take a walk or rent bikes: You’re close enough to the beach-go enjoy it! We recommend “Rudee’s Tours”-The Dolphin Boat Cruise was AWESOME! We’ll be back! Zoe's place was incredible. The view from the porch was stunning, especially during sunset. The apartment itself is a cozy studio-style space, but it was perfect for a quick get-away for myself and my husband. I would highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

Really enjoyed the condo it was a perfect base camp for a variety of activities in the OBX. There was a well stocked kitchen which was great as we did a lot of home meals. The condo was nicely decorated, and the beds were super comfy! James was easy to contact and communicated back quickly if asked a question. Was a great stay.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Holmes and Kim’s lovely home. This stay is blocks away from the beautiful beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed a peaceful stay with wonderful weather to match, and Kim and Holmes were extremely friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay again 😊. Thank you!

We enjoyed a peaceful stay after long days on bikes. We were in town for the NC Coastal ride. After riding for 30+ miles each day we came back to a tranquil location. The home is immaculate. Every item one would ever need was provided. It was perfect to have a full size fridge for our supplies. Beth even left firewood in case we wanted to enjoy the fire pit. We were able to stretch and get in a yoga session on the dock. Yoga mats were provided. The home feels like a ship in that it is surrounded by water. The waves and fresh air made for incredible sleep each night. An osprey nest is outside the window. With the binoculars we were able to watch the progress of the nest and the amazing pair catch fish. The communication throughout the stay was spot on. The “billion dollar” view is remarkable, but the amenities and care from the homeowner make this is top notch vacation spot.

We had a wonderful stay in Edenton on the sound. The hosts are responsive, welcoming and have done a magnificent job of creating a space with just enough to make it comfortable, no clutter or excess that impede the full usage of the space. We hope to get the chance to stay here again!

Great location, only steps from the beach. It is still not full beach season so it wasn’t crowded. Lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed it.

I had a wonderful stay! Dana was a fantastic host, and Kim, the co-host, made sure everything was seamless from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with an ample amount of supplies that made the getaway even more comfortable and easy. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, which made settling in effortless. Communication was clear and prompt, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home right next to the beach. The location couldn’t be better, steps from the ocean, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful. The home itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable and relaxing environment. Diana and Tom were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to help with a need I had during my stay, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene beach getaway with thoughtful, responsive hosts.

This place was perfect for the kids and parents and grandparents. We enjoyed our stay here walking distance to the beach was perfection. It was so peaceful, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the downstairs yard & patio area. We didn’t get to use the bbq grill but next time we stay here we will. Beautiful home. Thank you

LOVED our stay here, we were in town visiting a family member that is stationed in the area. Place was easy to find and had so much to do in the area. The home was so adorable I loved the Blue touches all over with the beachy theme. Everything was a described. We had one small concert and Samantha jumped into action to make sure it was taken care of and was great with following up to make sure we were happy with the resolution. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

I have nothing but positives to say about this place, the location, and Merlyn, it was all just perfect! From the clear, friendly and helpful instructions prior to arrival, the sign greeting us in the parking lot saying "Welcome Teigre family", to discovering that there was coffee in the kitchen for us in the morning (we weren't sure about this, but that's really great when you get in really late the night before), to our boys playing ball on the beach (beach toys available in the gym), my wife and I enjoying our coffee on the beach in the morning, to our friendly chat as we bumped into Rick & Merlyn, the hosts, all through to our check-out. Driving downtown was a 20 minute easy drive, we spent quite a bit of our time there, so it was nice to stay at a place on the beach. If we ever come back to Norfolk, VA, we would love to stay here again and we can highly recommend it and its wonderful hosts for anyone who comes to the area!

Our stay was pretty perfect! The views were amazing and the condo was comfortable. Easily accessible, very close to a lot of really great places like Swells’a Brewing brewery, which is a 5 minute walk. Gene was very responsive and helpful, he made the stay a breeze! The condo was so clean and felt like home. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great weekend at Crystal’s place. The condo was clean, the furniture comfortable and it had everything we needed for a weekend stay-our family especially enjoyed the selection of games. The location was perfect and the beach just beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay! Was really amazing to be able to view the sunrise from bed! Also sitting on the private deck watching the ocean was very peaceful! We enjoyed staying at Kelly's place in VB. Its an ideal location for anyone who wants to stay right at the boardwalk. We witnessed amazing sunrises and moonrises. The ocean was right in front of us and from the 6th floor, the view was expansive. A lot of restaurants were also nearby. Kelly was always very communicative, polite and professional. The apartment was clean with the kitchen well stocked with utensils The bedrooms were of a pretty large size. And parking was on the premises. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and holiday for us. We strongly recommend Kelly's place.

The unit was as pictured and described. Very clean. Beautiful location and view. It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids). Very convenient location to beach, walking / running path and bike riding. Host was easy to contact, friendly and responsive.
