Step back in time in this listed building dating back over 200 years. Your stunning harbor side apartment is in a converted net loft warehouse, recently fully renovated with chic designer touches, luxury bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen and indulgent bedding. On your doorstep are an array of cafes, restaurants, pubs and boutiques. Provided, at no charge to guests, is a single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour car park located a level walk of less than 2 minutes from your apartment. One of the most prominent and historic listed buildings in Mevagissey, Quayside has had a fascinating and diverse past. Over the course of its more than two centuries nestled between the centre of the village and the harbour it has served as a pilchard press, net loft, doctor's surgery and even as the premises of the local undertaker! Following extensive recent renovation it has been transformed into chic, comfortable and spacious apartments that showcase the character of the building. QUAY LOFT has a superking bed topped off with high quality linen guaranteeing a luxurious night's sleep. The apartment possesses full kitchen facilities including Nespresso coffee machine, free WiFi, TVs in living room and bedroom and an Amazon Echo device. The generously proportioned wet room contains rainshower and handheld and heated towel rail, whilst fluffy white towels are provided. Fully centrally heated. Extra storage area on ground floor available for bikes and prams. Board-games and playing-cards are available for the use of our guests. We generally stay in the same building and, when there, are available to assist you or try to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Quay Loft is in Mevagissey, nestled between the historic centre of the village and the bustling harbour. From your luxurious private retreat you're in the middle of the action amongst the maze of narrow cobbled streets, quaint cottages, shops, pubs, and restaurants. You're also just steps away from one of Cornwall's most beautiful working harbours where you can stroll the quay, grab a bite to eat or indulge in a coffee and cake. Getting around is particularly easy out-of-season when smaller crowds and quieter roads make trips a breeze, and journeys to places as pretty as Penzance, Padstow, Perranporth and Polperro are perfectly possible in just a day! Popular destinations like Fowey (30 minutes), Newquay (45 minutes), Falmouth (50 minutes) and Truro (35 minutes) are always worth a visit, whilst St Austell (15 minutes) has a wide selection of supermarkets (Asda, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl) as well as the nearest mainline train station. With plenty to see and do, and a great base for exploring further afield, Mevagissey is far more than just a summer destination. Hope to see you soon. Perfect stopover if you're working in the area, on holiday or having a couple nights away. You have your own door to come & go as you please. The apartment is literally yards from the trail and all the amenities. Accommodation comprises separate kitchen, bedroom with fitted wardrobes, small settee, TV and WiFi, shower room . You can have everything that you want within walking and cycling distance or use as a base to explore the wonderful north Cornwall coast.

Situated on the Bodmin & Wenford steam railway, come and stay in this modern self-contained apartment with plenty of indoor/outdoor space for a quick getaway or a quality family holiday. Close to Bodmin Moor, Bodmin jail, Cardinham, Lanhydrock and 20 minutes from each coast. Less than 5 minutes from the A30. Locals bus routes to most of Cornwall and a short distance to Bodmin Parkway train station. Plenty of parking Short walk into Bodmin town with plenty of local pubs and restaurants.

This gorgeous, light, airy studio flat, (which is above The Peapod with it’s own entrance) is central to Port Isaac and Port Gaverne making it easy to plan your visit. The studio flat, with a double bed, has been recently refurbushed to a high standard with a brand new kitchen and bathroom and furnishings. Step out of the door into a lovely courtyard which has two popular cafes serving delicious lunches, cream teas & crab sandwiches. Everything in Port Isaac is within walking distance.

An attractive 4 bed apartment located in a rural area, 2 miles from Trebarwith beach and 5 minutes drive from Tintagel village, where you will find shops, pubs and cafes. The coastal villages of Boscastle, Port Isaac and Polzeath are all a short drive away so you'll have every reason to visit these places of outstanding beauty. The property can sleep 4 people plus one baby, as a cot is also provided. Well trained pets are also welcome.

Our private patio overlooks the magnificent 2 mile long Perranporth beach. Situated on the coastal path, the apartment is equipped to a high standard, and the lounge is an excellent place to watch the ever changing sea from, whatever the weather! The restaurants and shops of Perranporth are a short (albeit steep) walk away, including the Watering Hole pub on the beach!
