I don’t remember staying at a place that had such a responsive host. Jean-Philippe was amazing and definitely caught my interest for future trips. We had a last minute schedule change and the host offered a complementary upgrade of our initial booking to accommodate the change. I would recommend this place as it’s a great deal in my opinion. Also, Mrs Rose was very welcoming and helpful. If you’re looking for a place in Bastos, this is the go-to.

Patrick était très actif et était prêt à résoudre tout les petits soucis Coupures de courant répétée, mais Patrick avait un groupe électrique Le wifi était au top, et le calme du local était reposant La sécurité était garantie , gardien de jour et de nuit , caméra de surveillance, et un service très réactif Très bel accueil , et surtout pour la première fois comme client j’ai été superbement bien traité , et surclassé même Avec Patrick tout les problèmes avaient une solution, juste qu’il faut communiquer Je ne peux que le recommander Merci 🙏🏽

The appartment is located literally besides the main road. There's still some activity on the streets even late at night which is a good thing, if you come back home very late or if you wish to get out and grab yourself something to eat. The appartment was as described, the host Michelle was always available to provide assistance if need be. The quality of the Wi-Fi was okay considering I worked there and I could have my audio/video calls. The A/C was great, though I somewhat felt the "swing" function was limited as far as it's inclination level is concerned. In a town like Douala, a fully-funtional A/C is something crucial. The power generator did it's job as well. Regarding the TV, someone was (remotely) messing around with the channels when I was watching the FA cup finals lol. Personally, I'd like to have full control of what I watch everytime. Overall totally satisfied with the place and what it has to offer for that price... 💯 recommending it, 💯 going back !

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. Located in a great neighborhood, it is very secure and offers all the comfort you need. The three bedrooms are spacious, making it ideal for my family. The WiFi is not only reliable but also very fast, which was a huge plus! Security is top-notch, with a guard present 24/7, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay with peace of mind. The host is responsive and attentive to guests’ needs. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Douala!

The studio was remarkable. Security on site was excellent. The amenities were great. Franklin was very flexible and responsive. I would have come back if the place wasn’t too far from the city centre where my activities are concentrated.

Le logement correspond bien à la description. Maguy est très réactive et Guy est très accueillant et fait en sorte que le séjour se passe très bien.

Der Unterkunft stimmt mit der Beschreibung überhein. Es war sauber, das Bett war bequem. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch gut gesichert. Es gibt viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sowie das Team war ausgezeichnet. Ich würde diese Résidenz zweifellos empfehlen. Everyone was soooo nice and accommodating. The place is super pretty and clean. Everything worked. When there was a hiccup they were quick to fix it. The receptionist was amazing !!!!!! It’s a great value and beautiful space. The neighborhood it’s easy to walk to take a taxi depot. The host was super communicative and responsive. Overall 5 stars

My stay at maddie's place was wonderful. All communications with thé local contact was responsive and helpfull. The AC worked and the bathromms were clean. The building had a guard at all times who seemed like a nice young man.

I stayed in Amandine's smaller flat. I am a sucker for space, so it didn't feel awesome at first, but was cozy enough. The place is relatively easy to find and there are nice restaurants nearby, Tcho'o, tchopetyamo, African Food by Emy, etc, and it's literally three minutes walk to Petit Terrain Bonamoussadi. The host was super responsive and always willing to help, making the stay really pleasant. The place felt safe and private, which I really appreciate. Overall, very pleased, looking forward to staying at Amandine's place again.

Ideal location if you want to visit great places in Douala. Safe neighborhood and spacious, well designed apartment. Host was very responsive and provided clear and useful information ahead of time. Host also graciously allowed me to check in at 12 pm which was much appreciated. The beddings were clean and very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Mostly everything; AC, hotwater and fridge worked well. The staircases and general spaces do not reflect the quality of the apartment. Manager came in to help setup cable on-time but could not get WIFI up since it was the weekend.

Je reviendrais sans hésiter, maison facile à retrouver (devant la route principale) à juste quelque mètres de la plage et du centre ville, exactement comme décrit. Je le recommande fortement.

Très belle demeure pour un séjour agréable au Cameroun. Nous recommandons chaleureusement aux globe-trotter et aux familles. Un repère paisible pour nos séjours. Jean-François est réactif et bienveillant.

Yves-Laurent est un hôte exceptionnel ! Logement très agréable, bel appartement propre, bien équipée, bonne qualité wifi, tout est tel que décrit et comme sur les photos et magnifiquement conçue. Il a été incroyablement réactif, sympathique et a fait tout son possible pour rendre notre séjour parfait. Hautement recommandé et nous serions heureux d'y séjourner à nouveau avec plaisir !
