The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

La casa è situata in un tipico edificio siciliano, nel centro storico di Cammarata. Intima e piena di luce (esposta ad Est), con un'affascinante terrazza ed una incredibile vista sulla città, sul castello e sui tetti di Cammarata, dove è possibile scorgere , sullo sfondo, nelle giornate più nitide, la sommità del maestoso vulcano Etna.  La casa è dotata di tutti i confort necessari per un piacevole e comodo soggiorno. Il Giardinetto di San Marco è un appartamento indipendente ricavato all'interno della Tenuta San Marco, villa storica di fine 700 finemente restaurata. La Tenuta San Marco si trova all'interno dell'area del Parco Archeologico della Valle dei Templi. La casa offre panorami suggestivi sui templi, sul mare e sulla campagna circostante. È il posto perfetto per evadere senza andare troppo lontano immersi nella storia della Sicilia.

Our little house is in the middle of the countryside, not far from the town of San Giovanni Gemini. It is ideally located for those who are traveling the mid-western part of the Sicilian island. In this area, you can hike in the beautiful “Cammarata Mountain Natural Reserve”. The place is only 20km from the Andromeda Theatre and the Hermitage of Saint Rosalia, 45 km from the Greek Temples of Agrigento, 40 km from Farm Cultural Park in Favara e Sant’Angelo Muxaro.

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.

Casa Corte sul Golfo di Eraclea Minoa

A 30 km da Sciacca e dalla Valle dei Templi di Agrigento sul golfo di Eraclea Minoa, in posizione collinare ma a breve distanza dalla bellissima spiaggia di Bovo Marina, sorge una bella casa-corte da cui si gode un panorama mozzafiato. Dalla finestra del salotto lo sguardo corre dalla spiaggia di Torre salsa (riserva naturale) a Capo Bianco. La spiaggia di Bovo Marina non è molto affollata anche in piena estate.
