Hemos pasado un puente en familia maravilloso. La parcela y la casa están muy completas y no te falta de nada para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza, una buena barbacoa y un bañito en la piscina siempre que el tiempo lo permita. El trato con Sergio y sus padres ha sido de 10, muy atentos y amables en todo momento. Recomendable 100% si estás pensando en alojarte por la zona 😊

Hola Sophie, thanks so much for this lovely stay. we had a great time. we enjoyed especially the view from the terrace. it was nice to see the wide land around and the beautiful sunsets. thanks also for organising drinking water right away. this was very friendly and of course helpful. Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Cindy fue inmejorable. Desde el momento que reservamos estuvo pendiente de nosotros, si necesitábamos algo y respondiendo nuestra dudas. Además nos dio muchas recomendaciones locales ya que esos días eran fiestas en Bolbaite. En cuanto a la casa está muy bien ubicada y totalmente equipada. Todo perfectamente limpio y ordenado Inmejorable

Un lugar tranquilo, muy acogedor y a parte estaba todo muy limpio y con todas las comodidades que necesitábamos. Muy contenta

This apartment high above Serra is unique. The climb to get there is steep, but worth the effort. Carlos' place is small but spacy. The beds in the 2 bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the terrace is sunny during afternoon and evening with a great view. There is a large parasol to put up that will provide a large shade. The bathroom is quite small and the toilet doesn't flush easily. A bakery is very close by as is the Charter supernarket which offers a wide range of (fresh) products. Carlos was always reachable and gave us perfect directions and instructions. A parking is just below the house. We recommend bar Jubilats Serra for drinks with an amazing view, Les Moreres for a nice meal or Descanso for amazing paella and the most friendly staff. Even during the power blackout on april 28 they kept cooking in the dark kitchen and they kept serving beers as long as possible! Gracias Carlos, we will be back!

l appartement a une très bellel vue, il est spacieux et bien équipé pour 6. le linge de maison est de très bonne qualité , les prestations aussi. l hôte est très attentionné, il y avait bcp de produits offerts pour notre accueil. Julian est resté en contact avec nous durant notre séjour , il nous a toujours conseillé, bien que nous ne l' ayons pas rencontré son voisin Noé étant venu très gentillement nous accueillir pour lui. Merci.

Myself and my wife stayed here for one month in early 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is a lovely apartment with a beautiful private terrace right in the heart of the old town of Valencia. The wifi was perfect for me working remotely during my stay and had a nice office space upstairs leading onto the terrace. The place is pretty well stocked for long stays (albeit with no pots, but four mops), and the bed was very comfortable. Marian was a great host and was always quick to get back to us whenever we had any questions, I would highly recommend staying with her!

This was a great place to stay. The 1930s building had character. It was quiet, safe and comfortable. The bedrooms were quiet though the living area has period windows so could get a little noisy at rush hour or when bins are emptied but it's not a problem. The neighbourhood is mostly appartments of around five stories high but there are many small shops, bars and restaurants . The area had a village vibe in my opinion, very friendly. Local people were very understanding when it came to our very poor attempts at speaking Spanish. Most establishments had a staff member who could help in English. Only a couple of times did we have to resort to Google Translate and even then we turned it into a comical, fun exchange. It was good to be about 1km away from the old town as we got more of a genuine Spanish experience rather than the typical tourist stuff you get in the old town. We visisted the old town several times and it took around twenty five minutes walking. We will return

Excellent hosts. Allowed us to drop off our luggage early which was super helpful and not always an option with other hosts. Recommended a great restaurant and area to check out during the day. The actual apartment itself is in great location and has an awesome rooftop to spend time on. Highly recommend!

Lovely lovely property - didn’t want to leave. Everything we needed and more. Lucia was a delight to deal with and nothing was too much trouble - fabulous restaurant recommendations as well. We can’t wait to go back!!

Nos alojamos en familia, dos bebés (2 años y 7 meses) y una mascota pequeña. El alojamiento era tal cual en la descripción, fue fácil llegar, el anfitrión era muy amable y tenía buena disposición. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas, dormimos genial, estaba muy bien equipado. Hacía algo de calor pero con el ventilador de la habitación matrimonial estuvimos fresquitos y el aire acondicionado del salón/cocina. Nos pusieron una cuna con todo lo necesario para nuestro bebé, se agradece mucho.

We hebben met ons gezin een hele fijne week gehad. Het appartement is mooi, ruim en schoon en door fietsen te huren kun je makkelijk de hele stad verkennen.

Our stay in Cullera at Vicente’s place was amazing. There is plenty of room for 2 kids and 2 adults and the view is as good as you will find in Cullera. Vicente was more than helpful and kind. The space is clean and provides so many beach items so you really don’t have to bring anything. We will definitely contact him again about staying in Cullera soon! Highly recommend.

El alojamiento es incluso mejor que en las fotos. Tiene absolutamente todas las comodidades para pasear allí algunos días sin ningún tipo de problema. La cocina está totalmente equipada (cosa que se agradece) y tienen el detalle de dejar absolutamente todo lo necesario como aceite, sal, gel… El recibimiento es estupendo y en persona y ante cualquier duda responden rápido. Alojamiento genial para niños y perros, hay muchísimo espacio. Hemos estado muy a gusto.

Wij (gezin met 2 zoons van 14 en 16 jaar) verbleven eind april 2025 3 nachten in deze bijzondere accommodatie. Over het algemeen hebben Nederlanders denk ik een tamelijk hoge standaard. Het is misschien iets meer back to basic qua comfort van bijvoorbeeld de meubels/bedden. De tuin daarentegen is fantastisch, we hebben erg genoten van de jacuzzi, de barbecue en de verschillende zitjes met feeërieke verlichting in de avond (eind april was het zwembad nog te koud). Olie, azijn, zout, peper, kruiden etc allemaal aanwezig, heel fijn. In de directe omgeving is eigenlijk niets bijzonders te doen, het speelt zich toch meer aan de kust af (45 minuten rijden). Zelf vond ik dat heerlijk voor die paar dagen na een kleine week Valencia, maar het is wel iets om rekening mee te houden. Boodschappen doen is hét uitje ;-). Julie is een erg warm persoon en zeer goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam!

Wir haben in der Villa Maria einen wunderschönen Urlaub als Freundesgruppe verbracht. Der Außenbereich und der riesige Pool sind wirklich 1A. Das Haus bietet unglaublich viel Platz/Schlafmöglichkeiten und ist gut ausgestattet. Lediglich bei der Sauberkeit sehen wir ein wenig Verbesserungspotential, ist aber noch total im Rahmen.

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

an ideal home for a quiet holiday. The house is located on a hill with a beautiful view of the gardens and fields. the house has everything for enjoying life. Gabriel was always in touch and helped with everything.the house is very clean and cozy. Valencia can be reached by metro in 15 minutes. be sure to feed the cute cats.

We had a lovely few days staying in Oskar’s beautiful house. Valencia is only a 20 minute taxi/drive away, and the villa was a great place to come together with eight friends for a long weekend.

What a beautiful stay soon arrival met by the cleaning staff who were very friendly and showed us around. The house was lovely and clean there was cleaning products and water provided they even had games for the children. The children jumped straight in the swimming pool and used the inflatables at the property. We loved our stay here and could only recommend as a perfect place for a family to stay thank you and we hope to return.
