‘The Nueces Oasis” invites you to this 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental home in Camp Wood! Just a few steps away to the glistening water of Lake Nueces, breathtaking mountain views, and upscale amenities make this home irresistible! Retreat to the water and fish from the bank, hop in a kayak or Jon boat, or start a fire in the pit to end a perfect day. This Texas Hill Country farm offers, dark skies, natural rivers and a state of mind that is only found here. On 60 acres, lots of dirt roads, and a rough rocky dry creek to explore. hummingbirds, jack rabbits, deer to keep you amused. Several clear cool swimming holes on the Nueces River just minutes away. Hot tub. Burn ban on most of time(drought) ,please ask No smoking in cabin!

"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

Getaway Cabin w/ access to Nueces River

A quiet family friendly getaway perfect to unwind, relax, bird watch and disconnect from everyday life. Wi-fi is not available. Sleeps up to six people. Bottom level has a full size bed, full bath, fully stocked kitchen,stove, full size refrigerator, coffee bar, screened in porch. One bathroom inside and half bath outside. Located 16 miles N. of Uvalde, bumpy entrance road is 1.2 miles N. of Chalk Bluff. Park. The cabin is 1/4 mile, walking distance to the clear, beautiful Nueces River.

Nueces River House

Relax at this wonderful peaceful place with the family. The river is accessible from the house by ladder. Great fishing from the backyard! There is a spacious yard and beautiful trees. The porch is a wonderful place to sit back and enjoy the view. Internet is available but be aware it is a rural speed, not fast city speed. The house is 5 miles from Camp Wood which has restaurants and stores. A park is a short way away with benches, covers, another place to fish and to launch a kayak.

We also provide kayaks for exploring, tree swings, and hammocks for ultimate relaxation.
